The hotel is very clean, efficient room design, nice gym, good parking, safe location, nice breakfast, but most of all we’re the employees! So very friendly and helpful. We hope the company recognizes their efforts contribute to a memorable stay. Special thanks to manager Penny and house keeper Tay! Don’t bother looking at other area hotels. You will not be disappointed staying here.

We had to request the missing sheets and pillows and make the bed ourselves. At checkout, we were told that Home2 Suites is not a standard hotel and that sofa beds are only prepared if guests specifically request it. This policy was not communicated in advance and is not reflected in the room rate, which is not lower than that of other hotels that provide this service. Breakfast is served until 9:30 a.m., yet before 9:15 a.m. basic items, including bread and bowls, were already unavailable. When asked at breakfast, we were told that the bowls were unavailable because they were all dirty. At checkout, the manager added that bowls tend to disappear because guests take them, which we found inappropriate. An apology was offered, but no further action was taken to address or minimize the guests’ disappointment.
