All of the staff have been so kind! The room was clean and beds are super comfy, sheets are soo sooo soft! Shower room is separated from sink area which is great when you are traveling with more than one guest, it allows others to get ready at the same time. The shower / toilet room may seem dated however that’s not a bother to us at all, I just want to give a heads up to others, don’t let that deter you because the shower pressure and water temperature was AMAZING!
There is only a partition for the shower so be sure to cover floor with a towel. They provide the brand “ZERO” shampoo, conditioner and lotion, it’s super nice!
The AC does kick on and off, as an eco friendly setting, for those who may have a sensory issue to the noise or lack of noise. You can always run a white noise app on your phone to help with this. (Room was nice and cold though)

How this place is still running, I have no idea. The rooms are absolutely disgusting. They clearly do not clean the floors or sanitize anything properly. Hair from prior guests, stained floors, and a strong smell that hits you as soon as you walk in. You can tell pets are allowed because the rooms reek, and if you get an accessible room it smells like straight urine. The walls and furniture are dirty, the bedding looks questionable, and the bathroom is worse than a public restroom.
On top of that, the half shower door is ridiculous. Water goes everywhere, leaving the floor soaked. You cannot even put the floor towel down because you will not be able to open or close the door. If you do put it down, you end up stuck trying to open the door and have to step back into the shower just to get out.
It is nice that they leave full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, but it is very concerning that anyone can open them and pour whatever they want inside. That is not safe or smart at all.
The elevators are another nightmare. I almost had a panic attack because it moves so slow that I thought I was stuck. It said I was on my floor but the door would not open. Absolutely horrible. And to top it off, there is floating mold at the bottom of the ice machines.
This place needs a complete overhaul immediately. It is beyond gross and completely unacceptable. Spend your money somewhere that actually cares about cleanliness and safety.
