- RLRebecca LyonsDec 29, 20255.0This hotel had a really nice decor. The room was big and had lots of outlets. A separate area with a counter for the mini fridge and coffee. A separate sink and vanity from the showers and toilet. The only problem is the bathroom door is hard to open as it’s heavy and there is little room to walk in because the toilet is right there. The staff were very nice and breakfast was up to Hampton Inn standards. The bed was comfy.

I think part of it was that the bathroom doors were like metal, commercial, outdoor doors. So loud. The floors in the room were filthy. I walked with out shoes on and my feet were caked in grime. There was a black curly hair in the bed. The shower floors were gross. The bathroom walls were gross. There were hand prints on the window. We stayed in room 619 Friday night. Loud and gross.

I had forgotten my speaker and when I called the hotel, two staff members told me that they could not find it, to the point that the last staff member said I didnt leave it at the hotel and there is nothing he can do. I asked to speak to the manager. I spoke to Judit. A lovely woman!. She went out of her way. She didn't brush me off. She promised she would check and call me within a few days. Judit called me less than 24 hours later.... she found my speaker. I had to meet her in person. She is so sweet and I appreciate her due diligence. I loved my stay there but with my speaker being lost, I began to have ill sentiments. Judith confirmed my initial sentiment of the hotel. It is a great hotel to stay at. Thank you so much Judit for everything
