  Ricky Joseph was a great front desk service member. He took such good care of us and showed us such kindness and compassion in our time of sadness. We had to travel for an unexpected funeral. We will be back! Thank you Ricky.

  4 days/ 3 nights spent here was great! Front desk Madison checked us in without a hitch and with a smile at such late hour. Nightly happy hour with Jolie was met with happy personality, wonderful conversation and a multitude of enjoyable drinks. Jolie was attentive and served everyone with polite pleasure. Daniel was a natural as he assisted us with a billing issue, having patience and resolve with our departure. Staff was so close to perfect!

  Nice happy hour, great location. Also has a shuttle to drop you off abd pick you up downtown where there are many restaurants and shops

  My experience with Embassy Suites as a 15 year old. In July 2025, I traveled to West Palm Beach and arrived at this hotel to participate in my scholarship program. This hotel may be one of the best hotels I've ever went to. When you walk in, the place is REALLY spacious (15 floors I believe), it felt like I could go anywhere and STILL have more areas to explore. Every staff member that I've interacted with were really nice as well. Once I went to my room, (12th floor) I was greeted with a couch with 2 TV's (one in the bedroom) and a mini kitchen area with a microwave, sink, and a small fridge. The bathroom was pleasant too, it had a wide mirror with an aesthetic sink & counter, it was also provided with some showering essentials like soap & shampoo and towels! The only downside was that there wasn't any plungers, but you could always go to the main floor bathrooms. The bedroom had 2 beds which were cozy, and the day/night view from the window felt extremely breathtaking. I even took a picture and made it my background! I didn't eat any other meals of the day from the hotel, but their breakfast was amazing. It was a self-serve which they had pancakes/waffles/French toast, eggs, ham, and even fruits! You could also choose what drink you wanted by going to a drink dispenser. They had the usual like orange and apple juice, water, and coffee. The staff members were friendly as well, greeting everyone they interact and helping them if needed. Overall, this was a phenomenal experience and I would definitely visit this place again.

  My new role requires frequent visits to West Palm Beach, and as a visitor from the UK, I always look forward to the exceptional weather that Florida has to offer. When travelling, I prioritise accommodation that combines outstanding facilities with exceptional service, and I have found that the Embassy Suites by Hilton consistently delivers on both fronts. One of the standout features of this hotel is its complimentary shuttle service, which not only provides convenient transfers to and from the airport but also offers transportation to downtown West Palm Beach. This eliminates the need for a hire car and allows easy access to the area's excellent dining options. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the welcoming atmosphere of its bar. Guests can enjoy a complimentary two-drink policy during happy hour, but it is the impeccable service that makes the experience truly memorable. Jolie, who manages the bar, is a tremendous asset to the hotel. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and warm, personable approach significantly enhance the overall guest experience. I sincerely hope the hotel recognises what a gem they have in Jolie as a hotel ambassador. In the UK, this level of service would see her quickly recruited by the best in the hospitality industry and rewarded accordingly.
