We stayed in room 1313 at the Embassy Suites by Hilton West Palm Beach — maybe we should have taken the room number as a warning. I heard rustling coming from my snack bag, and when I checked, a mouse jumped out and ran under the bed. I reported it to the front desk and they responded quickly, moving us to another room right away. I appreciate the prompt assistance, but it’s definitely not an experience you expect to have at a hotel… and my snacks paid the price.

In town for business. Flew into the Palm Beach Airport and visited the Palm Beach Convention Center for a few days. Great hotel location for both the airport and the center. Convenient airport shuttle so we didn't need a car, used Uber each day to the Convention Center. Rooms were nice and clean daily, so was the hotel overall. Downside was the POOR amount of staffing daily, and I blame that on management. I wish their was a star rating for Management, that would get 1 Star. The staff in the bar and restaurant did as good as they could and they were overwhelmed mornings and evenings by the large amounts of people. You could easily tell the bar and wait staff were very frustrated as I'm sure some people weren't as patient as I was.

We have stayed at many Embassy Suites around the country. We usually bring our own steaming device and plug it in to the TV. This is the first time we have ever not been able to use our own device. When I asked the front desk, I was told that it it is blocked on purpose. This would be more bearable if the TV offerings were more modern but we only get about 40 channels of local programming. My wife and I are in a room with two beautiful TVs and watching Netflix on our phones. I do not know what people are afraid of, but I have seen offerings at other hotels with a hotel TV system with an external device that allows us to plug in our own items with ease. We will not return until this is remedied.

This Embassy suites did not disappoint! Very busy holiday weekend & that did not deter the hospitality team from providing a wonderful stay and service. I especially like to thank Emily at the front desk! She knew we were traveling from out of town and provided updates on our room availability. Her thoughtfulness was extremely appreciated. We will definitely stay here again!

I am beyond disappointed with my stay at Embassy Suites. We paid over $300 for what was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The first room we were given was filthy, there was mold inside AND outside the nightstand, blood splattered on the wall, and hair all over the bed. It was obvious the room hadn’t been cleaned properly in a long time.
We asked to switch rooms, thinking the staff would fix the issue, but the second room wasn’t much better. It had a thick, disgusting odor — like a mix of mold, vomit, or something rotten — that hit you as soon as you walked in. It was so bad we could barely stay in the room.
For a hotel that charges premium prices and claims to offer comfort and quality, this was completely unacceptable. The lack of cleanliness and care was shocking, and management should be embarrassed. I’ll never stay at this location again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
