    Hotel was clean and staff is nice but the hotel is very worn. Beds are hard, blankets are paper thin, and pillows are flat. Food was good.

    Nice entry, but weird room. Looked like an office. Front desk was not accommodating. Who makes check out on New Years Day @ 11? And being Diamond member its the first time we have EvER been denied late check out! We'll never go back!

    NEVER AGAIN! Our flight change due to delayed flights at Christmas 2025, my family had to extend a night. This hotel charged my card $680 twice! I spoke with Mary Assistant GM, after researching really nothing can be done till the pending transaction clears at the bank. Apparently someone new on the staff double charged in error, fine, we come back to go to the room they canceled our key card. I went to the front DAISY was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! Saying our card declined twice! I can't believe I'm dealing with this, it makes no sense! So now I have to get with Mary again! The worst stay ever...side note there was also a huge party at their event room that yelled all night and slamming doors till 2 AM and nothing was done.
