I stayed at this Hampton Inn over the weekend for work, and the service and overall management were unacceptable. Both nights, a large group of underage kids screamed, ran through the hallways, and slammed doors until past 3 am.. I notified the front desk multiple times with no resolution.
The same group completely disrupted the breakfast area both mornings, making it impossible to enjoy the included breakfast. Hotel staff took no action and repeatedly used the excuse that they “couldn’t get ahold of their coaches,” which is not acceptable. Under no circumstances should minors be allowed to roam unsupervised and disturb paying guests.
No meaningful solutions were offered—not even a room change to another floor. I did not sleep, did not rest, and did not receive the level of service expected from Hilton despite being a Gold member.. Very disappointed with the lack of accountability and basic guest care....

Im here right now and I have to say this is the most UNCOMFORTABLE bed ever, its hard as a rock. The a/c is very loud and woke me during night due to sounded like a plane taking off. And you can hear everything in the hallway, there is about an inch & a half space at the bottom of the room door so light comes in with all the sound. I definetly can NOT recommend staying here. Also the so-called black out blind allows the morning sun light to come in on the sides making room nice and bright (designer failed on this one). Way over priced for this 2 star hotel. I just read other reviews this hotel has under gine renovations, maybe they have not got to this room or the 3rd floor hallway but I also thought walking in lobby "this place needs an update", maybe retro is what they were going for but I thought just looked old and outdated. Hilton needs to do better with their hotels.
Front desk clerk who checked me in was very nice. Free late check out is noon any later there's a fee, worked out seeing checked in at 2am due to long travel day from west coast but still wish I stayed elsewhere!

The worst hotel I’ve ever dealt with. I contacted customer service by phone and through messenger about a serious issue—they rented a room to someone else under my name. They did nothing to resolve it, and their system still shows that I checked in and checked out, even though I was never at that hotel in Florida. I won’t upload the final receipt they sent to me for my privacy reason.
The issue resolved on 11/17/2025 I appreciate the effort from Collin Sanei
