It was a good place to stay. We had an issue that was out of the hands of the hotel staff and they still managed to help with the situation, they were super kind and attentive, compassionate and worked with us to try to resolve the issue.
We really appreciate the manager, front desk and housekeeping for trying to help. Thank you!

Worst hotel experience I ever had. Thermostat stuck at 74. Maintenance leaves at 6:30 pm. My options were to wait til the next day when maintenance comes in or change rooms. This is 9 pm, I have all my stuff unpacked and Im exhausted from a long day of driving. I have a little kitchen with food in frig and freezer. All my food spread out on table. It would have taken me at least an hour to move and get set up again. Instead I chose to stay in a feezing room. FYI I told front desk about ac issue a little after 6 pm. If maintenance was leaving at 6:30 pm, hotel should have said something. No customer service.
Update: I called the front desk the next morning and the maintenance man, Israel came to the room. He told me the only way to raise the temp was to put the heat on. What? I never hard of such a thing. I didn't want to do that since it was going to be 90 outside. He told me I could leave the fan on. The temp in my room stayed at 75. Too cold for me.
