Overall awful experience with multiple serious problems I would expect only from a podunc motel. - First issue there is no ethernet connection, only crappy slow wifi, barely enough for YouTube 1080p. - No freezer in the fridge - Ac unit thermostat unit froze and wouldn't allow inputs. As a result, the room started getting sweltering hot since we're in Florida. We called the desk and they said that there is nothing they can do about it tonight... Fortunately my brother is a handiman and fixed it himself by taking it apart. Most patrons would not be able to do this. Really pathetic that they didn't have any solution for us. If we hadn't fixed it ourselves, we'd be sweating in here all night or looking for a new hotel. - Finally for some reason the bathrooms don't have an actual lockable door despite having 2 bedrooms. It's a sliding barn door. Who gets a room with 2 beds and doesn't want a lockable bathroom?? The bathroom doesn't even have working ventilation, a toilet wand, or a plunger. Worst hotel experience I've ever had. Don't come here!

Room and location were great. Advertised "do your own laundry" service, but they could not provide change. The person on night said the manager forgot to give change. We went back in the morning and they still didn't have change. They sent my husband next door to the Marriott and to Cracker Barrel and we still couldn't get change. No laundry done. If it hadn't been for this issue I would have given them five stars. There was a retention pond right at the end of the parking lot. We saw lots of birds and an alligator there.

We stayed here for a softball tournament weekend, and although the property looked clean at first (parking lot and lobby), the experience went downhill fast. I asked for a room off the third floor due to reported TV issues, but after check-in, we found blood on the blanket. I tried calling the front desk—no answer—so I had to go downstairs twice before getting a clean one. The staff said the issue would be passed to the manager, but no one followed up until I left a poor survey. Even then, the GM claimed he hadn’t been notified. I sent photos, yet two weeks later, there’s still no resolution. For a hotel that advertises a “100% Satisfaction Guarantee,” the lack of accountability was truly disappointing

I have an 8-night stay at the Hampton Inn in Titusville for work, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Sarah at the front desk. She’s only been on the job two weeks, but you’d never guess it. Check-in was smooth as anything, and when I needed to switch rooms, she handled it like a pro—no hassle, no fuss. She also walked me through the breakfast setup and made sure I knew how everything worked in the gym. Sarah was kind, quick, and just genuinely nice the whole time. Hampton’s lucky to have her, and she’s the reason I’ll be back next time I’m in town. Keep it up, Sarah!
