  Have used Tradewinds for a few years and Jim has never let us down. I would highly recommend Tradewinds.

  Sadly disappointed. Have used him before. Booked a cruise of a lifetime with friends, called Jim for air. He sat on it for 2 months with my continuous contact, yadda, yadda. Finally noted that he wasn't the person credited with the cruise. We did a letter appointing him and would have done so any time he asked, and paid him a fee. Unfortunately, by the time he got around to it (a week after he asked and we gave him a letter appointing him agent) the airfare was going up thousands a day. Ruined something my husband and I looked forward to doing with out friends. All due to poor communication and greed. Sad, we may never have the chance again.

  I've used Tradeswinds on every trip overseas for the past three years (5) and have never been disappointed. Jim Hulbert goes above and beyond to find the right travel itinerary and will keep looking to help improve the experience even after the purchase. Nice company, good people.
