Conveniently located off the I-75 and I-4 split, you can have easy access to all that Tampa Bay has to offer in minutes! Our hotel in Tampa, Florida is also located within a short distance of the Moffitt Cancer Center and the corporate offices for Verizon, Verizon Wireless, Coca-Cola, Bausch & Lomb, Circle K, United Rentals, Alltel and Achieve Global.

Hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I travel for work and frequent Marriott brands. I used to be loyal to Hilton but this place tells me I made the right decision keeping away from this garbage brand.
The only thing that matters in a hotel is comfortability in accommodation. This place simply is not it. The rooms are unbearably hot in the dead of winter and there is no way to get any climate control to work. I am writing this review at 2am because this is perhaps the worst night of sleep that I have ever had in a hotel. Period.
After this trip, I will NEVER go to another Hilton brand again. This place is worse than a motel 6. Go to this hotel at your own peril.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is in a nice area with oak trees and a dog park down the road. It's close to I-75 and there is a Bob Evans between the hotel and the highway. It is very easy to navigate to the Motz Museum, Busch gardens, Ybor city and park. Then you can take the trolley to Channelside/Riverwalk downtown and back. Then hit I-4 to the Hard Rock Casino and I-75 back to the hotel.

I couldn’t even shower because it was broken, when I asked to change my room so I could shower they just wanted maintenance to come in my room, I told mikayah at the front desk I was not comfortable with some guy entering my hotel room and she still sent someone from maintenance to my room when I was not fully dressed, she also knew it was broken giving me the room because she said “there is a trick to turn it on” but the faucet was about to come off the wall..I requested a partial refund because I had to pay to find somewhere else to shower, would not accommodate , don’t even care about the money at this point just don’t want this to happen to someone else

This location only gets 3 stars because they are kind enough to offer discounts to patients and family using the Moffitt Cancer Center and it has good access to I-75. Otherwise, it's barely a 2-star hotel. Service: At check-in, there was no indication about: honors member water in the room, time restaurant is open, any construction happening within the hotel, nor the fact they have a shuttle (knowing we were going to Moffitt) - we had to ask about all of these things. The gym is temporarily in a small meeting room, and the one and only treadmill is out of commission. Our room had a connecting door, with neighbor having a cat that started meowing the minute we walked in our room until about midnight. When I asked the front desk the next day about length of time our neighbor was staying (in case we need to relocate for some quiet), the response was this is a pet-friendly hotel and they cannot disclose information about a guest's schedule. No offer to relocate us or to contact the other guest about noise their pet is making, and she clearly did not care if we were inconvenienced. A maintenance guy was standing at the front desk listening to the conversation and didn't seem concerned about a guest being talked to like this. As nice as it is to have all the trees in the parking lot for shade for your vehicle, the next morning my car was completely covered in bird poop to the point you couldn't clean with windshield wipers or you wouldn't have been able to see to drive to the car wash. Further, there were sticks and moss and leaves all over the car. so you had to pick those off without getting the bird poop on you. The following morning around 5am, it appeared a hotel employee (looked like restaurant / kitchen clothes) was aggravating a couple dozen crows, which wouldn't usually have been squawking like that and dive bombing the parking lot 2 hours before sunrise. Not sure if this is the source of the bird poop issue, but it was unacceptable to have to spend $15/wash at the car wash each day. There was jack-hammering on the lobby level one morning during breakfast. The room doesn't have enough accessible electrical outlets. Our room had no shower gel and no one responded to fill it. The hot tub at the pool was out of service. The carpet in the halls was disgusting, and room doors and hallway walls were in horrible condition. We will find a different hotel for our next visit.
