The location was a little strange to pull into but the grounds were clean and well kept. For the most part the room was clean until you enter the bathroom. We found hairs on the floor and in the shower. Also to note the bed was mostly hard with a paper thin comforter.

Arnie at the front desk has always been friendly, professional, and treats us like family! Arnie embodies hospitality and sincerity!

They also required a charge card even though the room was paid for. Room was clean but the window was filthy. Breakfast was bland but the coffee and juice were great.

I travel for work every week, and this is the only Hampton Inn I've come across that does not provide lotion and hair conditioner by default, making you ask for it at the front desk. Cheaping out like this is pretty damaging to the brand image. Other than these issues, it was a pleasant stay and the staff were friendly.
