  This location is an older hotel that got a recent renovation and they did a good job… The lobby area is pretty cool lots of seating… Staff I talk to you was very helpful and knowledgeable. Check-in took less than three minutes super fast ….elevators clean fast… now the room… bathroom very nice super clean shower super hot water no gross back ups in the sink or the toilet or shower. I got a room with two queen beds… typically that is a pretty good size room… Everything in this room barely fit to walk between the first bed and the air conditioner and you kind of had a side step it. Very clean very comfortable beds. Room is clean and neat. Here’s what I’m going to pick on… I just assumed if I was spending over $150 a night for a hotel room I probably don’t need to check out the amenities but apparently I should’ve… there was no In room coffee, no drawers anywhere… Weird… I have a lamp with absolutely no way to turn it on. There’s no switches on the wall for it there’s no switch on the lamp itself. There was no cards left around to give you instructions as to what is on the phone or fire escape plans generic paperwork.. Not even the little hotel notepad with complementary pen. and this one really got me and I guess I should’ve looked… But there was no microwave… Not even the crappy little gas station heat up your burrito microwave. That really surprise me …refrigerator is a mini fridge, it’s sitting directly on the ground and it is about as mini as you could possibly get it’s like a tiny little cube probably the smallest refrigerator in the world and trying to get down to a refrigerator that’s only 18 inches tall sitting on the ground is really awkward. … it barely hold anything and it is at best cool but not cold and of course there’s no way to adjust it. A few people commented on cars getting broken into… That is not the hotels fault at all …it’s just a parking lot any other business anywhere… That blame goes to The city of Tallahassee because well…… It’s the freaking city of Tallahassee. I’m going to give it three stars. But for god sake’s Hilton bump up the size of the fridge…. and put a microwave in every room.

  I had a very disappointing experience. The management was unprofessional and dismissive, which made the situation uncomfortable from the start. During our visit, we noticed a roach. While this was concerning, we initially chose to look past it because we were under the impression that the staff was doing us a favor and we tried to be understanding. Unfortunately, that goodwill was not returned. Instead of addressing concerns appropriately, management’s behavior made it clear that customer care and basic standards were not a priority. Cleanliness and professionalism are non-negotiable, and this experience fell far short of what should be expected. I would not recommend this place based on how the situation was handled.

  Beautiful facility and room. Efficient service. Location was fine except the need of more parking lot lights in the back lot.
