This hotel was a pleasant surprise, starting with Jose at the front desk, who was warm and smiling and assigned us a spacious room. The room was spotless, with plenty of good-sized sheets and towels, excellent pillows, and lovely fragrances in the toiletries. We requested a quiet room, and it could not have been more perfect. Special mention for the breakfast, which was very complete, with fresh, delicious fruit, great coffee, and excellent teas. In the evening, the manager generously offered us a glass of wine and some snacks, along with a pleasant chat.

They have an awful problem with the air conditioning units, which is a huge problem for Florida. If you have your air conditioner on, it is like a freight train (a pulsating roar) running through the center of your room. My solution was to run the air conditioning while we were gone, get the room cool, and then turn it off at night. However, the neighboring room left their A/C on and it was still a freight train all night. At this hotel, you can have A/C or you can sleep at night. You can't have both. Additionally, there is no light switch in the bathroom, so good luck going to the bathroom at night. Every other Hilton on earth has oatmeal in a vat, but this one did not, although their vat of grits was good. They decorated for Halloween which was nice, but if you plan to sleep, AVOID this hotel.

From the front desk, to breakfast, to housekeeping—everyone went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I especially want to thank Rashon, Toni, Kesha, Jahneya, Kimberly, Dana, Barbara, Valery, Sherika, Maquinn, Brianna, Brian, Don, Byron, Johnathan, Sally, Jose, Jessica, Rebecca, Tiara, and Tresa. Each of them showed kindness, professionalism, and genuine care every day. The front desk team was always welcoming and helpful, the breakfast crew started mornings off right, and housekeeping kept everything spotless throughout my long stay. The hospitality here is second to none, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and a true “home away from home.
