It smelled like pets everywhere. And there was a ton of baby roaches in our rooms. Floors were distrusting. Do not stay here. (Staff was kinda nice I guess)

Little outdated for rooms versus other homes2suites and the heat wouldnt get warm (only blew cold/ac), so I was quite freezing, but staff was constantly cleaning and very friendly/attentive (front desk, breakfast, and cleaning staff). Checked in at 3 am and were very helpful with leaving my bags for a late checkout (normally $10/extra hr). Breakfast was delicious and fresh (limited fresh fruit but had a variety- boiled eggs, sunny side up eggs, breads/bagels, fresh local yogurt and oatmeal and all of the options, cereals, keto egg/cheese bites, etc)

Just stayed here. Pet friendly rooms with carpet just shouldn’t happen. Room smelled like dogs to me. Takes over 10 minutes to get hot water. Would not stay here again.

My stay was LT for business and although there were a couple of issues (hot water, door key) that happened, I feel the staff did what they could to rectify the issues although they weren’t in their control.
During my stay I interacted with many staff including housekeeping, maintenance, front desk, and the manager. Each were exceptionally friendly & professional.
I expect things will happen on occasion since I have to travel for work. When hotel staff actively try to fix the problem and do their best to make the stay comfortable, this is what stands out for me.
My room was always clean on my cleaning day and housekeeping staff checked in with me to make sure I had everything I needed.
The location is perfect as there’s nearby shopping and not far from the downtown area.
Thank you for making my stay comfortable as it’s challenging to be away from home.
