The 1st room was nice but the A/C was not working (it happens)but Ricardo who was working the front desk was super helpful in getting us another room, making sure all the esential ameneties where working for us. Ricardo was exceptionally friendly and efficient, handling our check-in perfectly with warm smiles and super fast and making us welcome. ;)

I can actually hear the springs grinding together in the mattress.
No padding left.
The toilet barely flushes.
The shower was TORTURE. The water doesnt get hot but after 20 minutes I was numb and didnt care anymore.
Everything is rusty. The linens smell bad. And there's a man permanently camping in the parking lot with a speaker where he plays loud music and sings along with the occasional hootin' and hollarin'. All. Night. Long.
The floors in the elevators are sticky so everyone's feet make noise walking around the lobby.
The food is gross. The coffee tastes like someone brewed it by filling gym sock with coffee grounds and soaking it in hot water.
Its pretty bad folks. Not the worst I've ever been in but its pretty terrible for sure.
Walking distance to restaurants so at least you can go eat and have a drink without getting a DUI .
Because you'll need to be drunk to get any sleep thats for sure.
If disappointment were a hotel this place would be it.

I was given a room in a hallway with a very wet floor, which felt unsafe. The mattresses sank in too much and caused back pain, making it hard to rest. On top of that, I was never informed about a pet fee and only discovered the extra charge after checking out. Overall, the lack of transparency and room comfort was disappointing.

The location is very convienient, it is around many food and shopping places. You can basically just walk. The room is very nice and cozy.
Only complaint is the BATHROOM. I dislike the sliding barn doors, they have a huge gap in between and it feels like i have no privacy. The shower is a glass shower which felt like I had even less privacy with the huge gap in the barn door. The water sometimes nevers runs hot, and I'm stuck showering with cold water. Good thing the bathroom is facing the kitchen and not the beds, otherwise I would have felt like my privacy would be even more violated if you're sharing with other people. If you have a pet, there is a good area to walk your dog behind the hotel where the pool is. They provide poop bags if needed.

The room was okay not that great. It was outdated a bit and kind of dirty in the bathroom. However, the reason this hotel gets a three star from me is the staff. They allowed us the eat some breakfast early bc we were headed out so early. They also mailed my daughter’s favorite stuffed animal back with a sweet note!!!!
