Friendly staff at the front desk and the bar. Room was comfy but the AC doesn't have a FAN mode so it kicks on and off all night which makes it hard to sleep. It needs a way to stay on all the time. There was a hole in the ceiling over the front shelving where they installed what looks like an internet box. The entire top of the shelving was covered in white dust/ powder. The elevator was broken which I understand happens and it was new years so it's hard to get service repair for that which is understandable. The side door by the stairs wouldn't unlock with the key card. It would light up but not unlock. The breakfast is Very expensive and sub par. Watery eggs, thin French toast and over priced. The juice is good though. Not from concentrate.

I checked in on December 23rd. My room was 201 on the 2nd floor. I'm a single parent with a 8 month old. The elevator was broken. It was a struggle to get to the room with her stroller, baby bag, my things, a king size comforter rolled up like a sleeping bag to make it easier to carry, her blanket, and etc. I made several trips to the car. Each time we went out I carried the baby bag, baby, stroller and my purse up and down from the 2nd floor. we made thru the stay. After I left I discovered I left behind the baby blanket and comforter at check out on Friday Dec 26th. I've call 3 times trying to arrange to pick them up. I was told it wasn't in lost and found. I called again in hope it just had not made it down to lost and found. Last night I asked jay for a manager. She said he was out on the floors, but she will leave a note at 7:03 p.m. in his office for him to call me back. It's almost that time again, and I haven't heard from anyone. Who can help me get these items?

We checked in on Saturday and are scheduled to stay through Tuesday. When we arrived, the first thing we noticed was garbage piled near the front entrance—an overflowing trash can with additional trash scattered on the ground. While it was cleaned up by the next day, it was not a great first impression. We are staying on the third floor, and on Sunday the elevator stopped working. As of Monday—more than 24 hours later—it is still out of service. While my husband and I are not disabled, we are also not in the best physical shape, and we are traveling with a dog who needs to be walked multiple times a day. Having no elevator has been a significant inconvenience and has greatly affected our stay. What has been most frustrating is the lack of communication from hotel management. We have received no updates or explanation regarding the elevator, only apologies from members of the cleaning staff when we passed them in the hallway. While we appreciate their kindness, this is ultimately a management issue. Overall, this stay has not met our expectations, and we are disappointed by both the conditions and the lack of communication. We would have appreciated proactive updates or accommodations to help mitigate these issues during our stay.
