My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at this Hampton Inn & Suites location!
The 1st thing that really made a great impression on me was the hospitality that was extended by Austin. He really made me feel welcomed and valued as a Hilton Honors member. He was kind, polite, and took the time to explain the amenities and features of the hotel.
The 2nd thing that made a great impression was how clean everything was. I also loved seeing how both local colleges were being recognized in the lobby.
The 3rd thing that was amazing was the safety. This was the 1st time we've ever stayed at a hotel where you had to use your hotel key to gain access to the first floor elevator and even in order to re-enter the lobby area early in the morning. This really made me feel safe.
When we entered the room, we were truly surprised with how nice the room was. We stayed in the Kingdom suite and it was amazing! There was a special welcome message on the TV, everything was clean, and there was so much space. The online photos clearly didn't capture how amazing this room was.
At night, it was quiet and we didn't hear any disturbing noises.
The breakfast was delicious and I loved the waffle maker that let you make 4 mini waffles. The only suggestion I would make is to start breakfast at 6am instead of 7am. With most events and business meetings starting at normal business hours, there isn't really enough time to eat breakfast without having to rush and get on the road.
The location was perfect for the special event that we were attending. There were plenty of things to do nearby.
When it was time to check out, Austin had the same great personality that he had when we 1st checked in. We can't wait for our next visit!

Had the best night stay. First time I have stayed at a motel and had hot water on demand even at 3am. Each time I got up, the water was right there to wash and then back to that comfy bed. All the help had nice smiles for me. I will be back in March.

Location was great for us, really close to an event we were attending, short drive to several restaurants and even at walking distance to Publix. The hotel was clean and so was the room. Room was spacious, clean and with a great layout, bed was comfortable, large shower plenty of places to put the suitcases, desk for computer work. The ONLY thing I would complain was that Breakfast on Sunday was at 7am and they didn’t have the coffee station setup much earlier than that. The coffee maker in room is nothing fancy, definitely not a Keurig, most hotels I’ve been have the coffee station ready much earlier or even all night for the early risers. Seems like the person that runs the front desk also runs the coffee station since I wasn’t able to find anyone around at 6:45am to ask when the coffee was going to get setup.

Lisa is super rude. She hung up the phone on me twice after me voicing concerns over their parking signage which says 20 per night. At checkout there's a 25 charge. Super scam at its best. Shame on you all. She them proceeded to act like a Karen and play victim once she realized I was a Hilton honors guest... Beware and pay attention to the signs posted in the parking lot.
In response to the property's reply:
Lisa conducted herself as she did. I named her behavior. Your response is textbook tackle. Y'all are definitely unapologetic and neither am I. Fix your signage expeditiously. Your customer experience is priority. It would also be a good idea to send Lisa for professional development. Thanks for the refund!
