They watched our bags at front desk while we waited to check in and also after we checked out the next day However they do need locked storage area for this instead of item just left around the front desk. Please help this beautiful Tallahassee hotel Also has a great bar and restaurant on the roof top

It had been closed for a whole month due to the hotel not getting a pump for the pool. The whole reason we booked the hotel was for the kids to play in the pool. The response from an employee was it clearly stated it’s closed on the website. They then proceeded to see if a sister hotel would let us come over to swim.. talk about inconvenient. Having to load us all up and drive to a whole different hotel then drive back. When we got in the room, the walls were dirty, bathroom lock was broken, soap dispenser in the bathroom looked like it had been ripped out of the wall and then the tv doesn’t work. Maintenance came up to look at it then disappeared and said he would be back. It’s been 10 minutes since he disappeared. We asked to get a refund so we can leave since everything has gone wrong since we arrived and they said no. I do not recommend this hotel nor any Hilton hotels. This has been an awful experience from the moment we checked in.
