- OROlivia Rizor3 days ago1.0I asked to be moved to another room as the people next to me were being extremely loud very late at night. I get moved to the 4th floor where the room is noticeably worse. The carpet was wet, there was one single night stand lamp with an LED white light, the lock was ripped off the door. I felt unsafe and put an ironing board against the door before getting ready for bed. (I'm a women ALONE ON A WORK TRIP). I am not in this room for even 5 minutes when THE POLICE start slamming on the door. I am standing there in my Christmas flannel pajamas mid skincare routine and they accuse me of being involved in a domestic dispute that someone reported. They are yelling at me and did not believe me when I told them I literally just got into this room. They bust in to look around while I am just packing up my things because I am done at this point. I did not get an apology or help getting out of my room. My husband had to call in and get me a new room at the Marriot down the street and speak to the front desk to get my room refunded. This was absolutely traumatizing.

Hard to believe this place has the name "Hilton" on it "Breakfast buffet" is horrid for $25/person. Eggs were all dry. My wife's French Toast was hard as a rock. Waitress was also rude and forgot silverware. Coffee tasted like mud. stay far away

We didn't realize this when we went to bed last night but when we got up this morning and were packing our things my wife discovered bed bugs on the white sheets. We were going to let the hotel know on our way out but the front desk was busy with people so I decided to call afterwards. I went through Hilton's customer feedback line first and was told they would pass it on to the manager and they would contact me. If those things are on one set of sheets they're in all of them because they spread through the wash I will never stay at this hotel again, thoroughly disgusted. Update: after reading the hotel's reply it's easy to see that they don't care. Maybe if they had proper Staffing a customer would not have to wait for 20 minutes until the 1:00 was available. I've been a diamond member with Hilton for over 10 years now so I've stayed at a lot of hotels. This is not something I've ever seen before I'm glad I took pictures of it. Since the manager of this hotel is not overly concerned I went ahead and forwarded my complaint to the health department

However when we got the voucher and ate the breakfast, they charged is 9$ on the card on file saying that it was tip which was automatically added with the free breakfast. This is a really deceptive charge as we didn't add the tip and it was a buffet so the food wasn't served by anyone. Also there was another 83$ charge they made on the credit card, which they cancelled after I called them. I'm going to file a claim with the credit card company and I'm very disappointed with the shady charges.

The interior is cute. The rooms are spacious and our favorite restaurant is next door so it's a win-win on all accounts. Lori kaye was very helpful to us on our rushed exit and looking for specific things. We'll definitely come back.
