Our family originally booked a day room with Resort Pass to enjoy the last of our vacation since we had an evening flight back home. The minute I walked into the lobby I could see how much attention to detail and hospitality the hotel offered. We loved this property so much we changed our flight to the next day and booked a night stay. During check not only did Brendan go above and beyond to offer to find us at the pool with our new room keys but he upgraded our room to a stunning gulf/pool view room on a top floor. Thank you Hilton Garden Inn for making the end out of our winter vacation so amazing and memorable! We will definitely recommend this property to friends and family!
- JCJennifer Curry6 days ago3.0At check-in we were told the room would be cleaned every other day, but it was never cleaned during our 5 day stay. $50 resort fee per day, per person and the only thing (that I could tell) we received was a pool side towel- literally one per person, no exceptions and it was a very small towel. To this day I can’t figure out what that $50 was for! Small outdoor pool. Small fitness center. Coffee in lobby only served during short, limited morning hours. This hotel felt like a motel with the room/balcony layout. The great part was it was beach front property. Honestly may be the most disappointing Hilton experience I’ve ever had. The year prior we stayed at the resort pretty much next door, cost about the same but had several pools, hot tubs, several dining options, fun s’mores nights, and which we enjoyed way more than this place, but as a Hilton member I wanted to check this place out.
- MSmj shepDec 29, 20255.0What a wonderful weekend. The staff was so kind. The hotel was clean and welcoming. The location to the beach was awesome. The restaurant food was fantastic. The servers were just as amazing. The only thing in the cooler night some propane fire pits outside in the game area. Everything was fantastic!! 15 out of 10!! The pool was beautiful. They offer cold bottles of water to all hotel guests (free).

The best part of our stay was the outstanding customer service provided to us by front desk staff Brendan & Sofia. These two are true professionals that care about guests relations. Not only did they shine at the front desk but Brendan also excelled in providing wonderful guest service when he was assigned to work as the pool attendant. These two are truly assets to the Hilton brand!
- JPjodel perezDec 26, 20255.0From the point of arrival the entire staff was super professional and courteous with us, we loved it so much we ended up extending our stay, the rooms were great , clean , good WiFi , good shower temp and pressure , the bar and restaurant were delicious , absolutely can’t beat the quick walk out to the beach! You’re a few mins walk from other things. This is now our GO TOO place. Thanks for the experience team
