This should Not have the hilton name on it! I only try to stay at hiltons this is a holiday inn at best and they charged $54 for the worst breakfast ever motel 6 probably has a better breakfast and it's free. Then the pool and hot tub close at 6pm. Very disappointing to a hilton honor member. I don't recommend.

Great location and clean rooms. However they charged for parking which I thought they didn’t. The receptionist was rather snippy and made a stink about not saying “please” when I asked for the complimentary cookie? You’d think with all that parking money they could afford to keep their elevators working. I got trapped in an elevator and only notice the out of order sign after I pressed the button to my floor. There was tape over the wrong floor door button. I get to my room one day and there was an envelope requesting tips for the cleaning staff. One would think with their higher prices they charge culminated with all the additional fees, they could afford to pay their staff a livable wage.
That was my experience.

Booked a specific room prior to check in to be next to family. When we got there our room was given to someone else. As diamond members we were offered a $30 credit for myself and one other guest which I added in reservation and even a second key was given to us so they knew it was more than one in the room. But they neglected to give us the credit and charged us. We also had my husbands PTSD service dog with us and they also charged us the pet fee. When I called to correct these fees they were dismissive and said I had to call customer care. Not right when it was their mistake and now I have do all the leg work for their ignorance. Definitely not a pet friendly/ service animal hotel. Also we requested late check out and immediately was told no. No benefits for Diamond members offered that’s for sure.

We hosted our daughter’s wedding rehearsal dinner at the DoubleTree in St. Augustine, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. The staff was professional, attentive, and incredibly accommodating from start to finish. The event space was beautifully set up, the food was delicious, and everything ran smoothly, allowing us and our guests to truly enjoy the evening. They went above and beyond to make our rehearsal dinner feel special and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or team—highly recommend for weddings and special events!
