From front desk to cleaning and maintenance this place is A+ customer service! The rooms are beautiful and conveniently located walking distance from some of the best places to eat in St. Petersburg. Whether business, pleasure, or both I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Trust me I’ve stayed at all of them in St. Pete and this is by far my favorite spot!
- NKNate Kennedy6 days ago2.0Stayed here in order to run the St. Pete half marathon. Check out is at 11. I asked to move the check out to noon the previous night. I was told to ask in the morning. I asked in the morning and was told I couldn't have a late check out because the hotel was sold out. I don't really understand the correlation but being rushed out of a room when I'm specifically there for an event in the morning felt like really crummy customer service. Plenty of other hotels in the area, stay at one that values their customers.

Everyone was super friendly from the time we walked in the door through checkout. They even gave our dog a bag of treats when we arrived. The only reason I gave 4 stars for the room is because it was a little small to fit our dog's kennel. We managed though, we just folded it up when we were in the room. We will definitely stay again when we go back.

Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfy, breakfast is pretty good and varied, and the chill vibes are everywhere, but Brittany at the front desk made the stay outstanding. She was warm, welcoming, accommodating, and hilarious. And the location is great—a little over a mile straight down the road from DTSP and Jannus Live. wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next stop through St. Pete!
