- KLKim LytleDec 27, 20255.0We loved the hotel. The lobby is very friendly, with varied seating. The staff were excellent, always happy to help with any requests. We recommend this Tru by Hilton to anyone visiting St. Augustine.
- JMJessica MortaraDec 21, 20255.0Clean, well maintained, and close to downtown. Taylor was amazing! You can tell she takes pride in her excellent customer service! The breakfast was also great. Good variety and plenty of seating areas. They also have a pool table in the lobby. Bed was surprisingly comfortable vs some other hotel beds. Although I with the pillows were a little more firm though. They seem like they could be, but then you put your head on it and it's a pancake. 10/10 recommend!

We had a family situation that required they to go above and beyond. They were both wonderful, helped us out and Hilton is lucky to have them both representing the Hilton brand. I'm a happy Hilton Honors member and will continue to book Hilton hotels whenever possible.

The beds were excellent, ensuring a restful sleep. - Breakfast: Fresh, varied, and delicious. A perfect way to start the day. - Facilities: Well-maintained and spotless, with thoughtful details that make guests feel special. - Overall atmosphere: Warm, welcoming, and full of comfort. ⚠️ Area for Improvement The only downside was the check-in experience. The staff member in charge, an older gentleman, was not professional or courteous. He simply charged the payment and handed over the room key without any explanation or hospitality. This felt out of place compared to the otherwise excellent service. Final Verdict Aside from that one issue at reception, the hotel deserves a 10/10 for its rooms, breakfast, and overall service. I would definitely return and highly recommend it.
