- CGCathy GrangerNov 16, 20253.0Great hotel, clean room, great location! Lobby sticky floors and womans bathroom was discusting! I told wonan at the desk she said they would take care of it. Came back 3 hours later still nasty. Told manager and she said cleaning service will get to it after the rooms are clean, she said this with a very bad attitude. Maybe she could have taken care of this matter while staff was so busy. I guess she is above that so customers. Sad!!

The location is perfect, just a short walk to the Castillo de San Marcos, great restaurants, and the trolley stop. Breakfast was also very good, with oatmeal, cereals, coffee, tea, fruit, bagels, muffins, and eggs. Everything was fresh and tasty. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
