We stay for two nights (Dec.26-28) the location is really good, the front desk staff is really friendly. But the price ($376 each night) is unacceptable. The carpet in common areas smell like mold, the bed sheets doesn’t smell fresh and clean and the breakfast is so simple, with no eggs, or bacon. I know it’s high season, but that price is ridiculous.

It's a Hilton. Was in St Augustine for Nights of Lights. Free breakfast a 0. Only toast, bagels, cereal, hard boiled eggs, and apples. They post if you want something more, you need to purchase it. No hot food, no meat, no waffles. Parking also costs $25.00 a night. We prepaid the parking, but they charged us again. The receptionist says that happens all the time. WATCH your closing bill. The best part was location to the Trolleys that drive you through the beautiful Christmas Lights. It was a 3 minute walk. Our room was next to a work area. Banging on walls like moving and emptying things constantly. Morning to night. We had room 314.

The morning food is the worst that I have ever experienced at a Hilton. Three cold cereals, three different types of bagels, English muffin, a bowl with a few apples. They have a sign reading if you want something more for breakfast you can pay for it. See pictures of the breakfast bar. Coffee also available 24 hours. Hotel over charged us for our stay. Once I pointed it out they corrected it. If I had just checked out in the app I would not have known. The only reason I even checked is I had a feeling.

I am a Hilton Honors member for over 25 years now and have never had an issue with digital key checkin like I had here. My 18 year old local college student arrived at the hotel at 4 but my flight wouldn’t get me in to the hotel til
After midnight. They would not let me virtually checkin and let my daughter into the room until I got there. Have never had this issue with any Hilton. Ended up canceling and moving to the AC Marriott where they let my daughter into the room to wait for me. This is not what I expect from Hilton - will never stay here and will tell other college parents to avoid this place as well.
I understand the hotels policy is 21 and up but I am 53 years old and the primary reservation- flights get delayed life happens - I just wanted my daughter to be able to get into our room prior to my arrival. This hotel’s lack of accommodation in an already stressful moment was not what I expect with Hilton loyalty. Thankful the Marriott AC was willing to work with us and keep my daughter safe till I could get there.

We learned this is a privately ownded franchiae and not really part of Hilton! Its a joke, chwck the owners response to concerns, he/she is a complete jerk! Dont waste your money here, many netter places to stay with cleaner rooms and much better front desk staff. The one Jamacian woman at the front desk here was extrealmy rude, it was disturbing at best. I am sure the owner grossly under pays her, hens sehe hates her job and it evident! Dont stay here, there lame excuses are fake and angry! This property is grossly overpriced and they fail to tell you there is a $25 per night parking fee!!! Some of the staff were very friendly, but some were downright rude. The rooms are not great at all and our feet were filthy from the disgustingly dirty carpet. Breakfast is basic, but included. They pray on their customers here because of location only, the property is not worthy at all. There were other MUCH NICER properties close by that would have been much better for the price. Pretty disappointed overall, but the location was good.
