Booked through well known reliable 3rd party weeks in advance with a date change 1 week prior to check in date. When I get to hotel front desk says “You were suppose to check in yesterday so we don’t have a room for you now, we are sold out” It seems sketchy to me that they can see the change but still went by the prior date as check in. Left without a stay and no refund! Be careful with this place.
