Comfortable rooms, great room service and not far from St. Augustine. Both ladies at front desk were very sweet :)
On the other hand, breakfast should be served in a larger room with more tables and chairs. Also, it's sad to see such an ugly Christmas tree.
Good option if staying around St Augustine.

The hotel sits in a great location and appears fairly new or recently renovated. The front desk team is very polite, helpful, and professional. The rooms are acceptable and adequately laid out for comfort.
However, during a four-night stay, I did not receive room service at all. I ran out of towels, toilet paper, and body wash. Several power outlets in the room did not work, and the coffee maker was not functional and had to be replaced.
Once again, the front desk staff handled the situation well. They remained helpful, informative, and apologetic for the lack of attention from the housekeeping and maintenance teams.
I was told that rooms are cleaned every other day and that management would follow up with housekeeping to understand why my room was never serviced. This was disappointing—especially after spending full days exploring St. Augustine and looking forward to returning to a clean, fresh Hilton room to relax. Instead, I had to visit the front desk to ask for towels and toilet paper, which felt more like my younger days traveling through Europe and signing out towels at hostels.
I share this feedback to encourage ownership and staff to uphold the high standards expected of the Hilton brand. Missing one day of service is understandable; missing four consecutive days is not acceptable.

I had a wedding cake to deliver to the Lightner Museum and stayed overnight at the St. Augustine I-95 location
The location is on a very well lit and safe road less than 5 minutes away from the I-95 North & South ramps.
It's also just 15-20minutes from the downtown St Augustine area, historic sites with no traffic coming or going to the hotel
Check in was done through my Hilton Honors app. It provided me with a virtual room key as well as choosing my floor and room like you would for an airline flight
I've attached pictures so you can how clean, spacious the room was.
the rooms are suite style which includes dishwasher, Full size refrigerator, sink, advanced cooking microwave, utensils, plates etc
TV was a 46" Samsung that featured streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube, HBO, ESPN etc
storage was excellent enough for an extended stay
Shower was well designed and safe
hot water was hot and cold was cold without any leaks, loss of pressure etc
Today when I was leaving,I also checked out on the Hilton Honors app
The complimentary breakfast is excellent
hot food is fresh and kept at proper temperatures
the cold food, juice etc is kept under refrigeration and proper temperatures
the dining area is well laid out and clean
The common area in the hotel lobby is well laid out and comfortable
Hilton really got a home run with this concept
Price point for this stay in Florida on December 14th was $150 with everything
