- CHChristina HarrisDec 30, 20255.0Great hotel staff and environment. Amazing location, across street from the Fountain of Youth about 10 min walk to the City Gates. Very large spacious rooms and bathrooms. Bathroom is set up like a wet room, shower is half the bathroom.

I checked in 12/28/2025 around 2:30–3:00 PM and the woman at the front desk was extremely rude — not just to me, but to everyone else checking in as well. She made the whole process unnecessarily difficult and offered no helpful details about the stay. Any time anyone asked a question, her attitude only got worse. Absolutely no manners or professionalism. On a positive note, the rooms and lobby area were clean, but the customer service at check-in really set a negative tone for the experience.
- CRCindy RandallDec 23, 20255.0Great location, UBER drivers love it! But be prepared for $20/day parking fees, which is ridiculous. I didn't realize it and the gal at the front desk said she would credit to $10/day, but that was only for 1 night, so that was a disappointment. Also disappointing was the ice machines on 1st and 2nd floor didn't work the entire time we were there, (Sun-Fri) which was an inconvenience to have to use the elevator in order to get ice. Otherwise a nice place to stay.

Only 6 channels- all 1960 series’s Rabbit ears in the room- literally- RABBIT EARS!!! WTH Gauging for Christmas lights- plus we had to pay for parking!!! We will not be back. Do better, Hilton, do better. Leave the light off……motel 6
- CGCynthia GalangDec 20, 20253.0Hotel is great. aircon is worst. it is so noisy that i cannot sleep. The toilet seat is brocken. No make up mirror . The pillow case are reuse i can smell the last person who sleep there. The hallway noise you can hear in my room at 0100 in the morning. No free bottle water. I use the paper cup to drink coffee. no good.
