Wow! It’s horrible to see that my treatment by the front desk clerk was right in line with the personality she exhibits on an everyday basis. Her rudeness and blatant ignorance was matched by the manager/owner. I actually booked this hotel by mistake as I’d had an issue with them years ago and vied to never return. I’m a Hilton Honor Diamond member who stays at Hilton brands across the country and this is the FIRST time I’ve had to complain. Don’t just complain to the FD manager here it will do no good. At least talk to GM. I have a source at corporate whom as soon as I mentioned the hotel add., asked if it was regarding the FD clerk. They have numerous complaints regarding her and the franchisee. They’re well aware this location is subpar at best. Sad.

Worst hotel ever!! The lobby looks nice and clean. Front desk clerk was rude and disrespectful!! There were cockroaches in my room and the front desk clerk didn't think it was a big deal. I checked out way before check out time. I would not stay at this hotel again!!

Got a room here because it was my nephew’s birthday that was just turning 4 years old and he loves hotels and plus it’s literally around the corner from my home. It was my nephew, 6 year old niece and I. I got there first and my sister was dropping my niece and nephew off. When I got to the hotel floor, it smelled liked wet dog and dog piss but I didn’t mind it because I knew the hotel wasn’t the best and they accepted animals. Room had a funny smell to it but again, I knew what I was paying for. I left to go to the Popeyes and came back through the side door by the Bob Evans and the stairwell by the side door smelled like marijuana. When I got back, to my door, I heard a large dog barking in the room across the hall from mines. Like literally across the hall. So to make a long story short. The next day we left. But I seen a charge for an extra $100 on my account when I inquired about it, I was originally told by Christopher who stated he had to reach out for the reason. Later that day he called me back and said “they said because the room smelled like weed!” Like I had 2 small kids with me and I don’t even drink or smoke so that’s not valid so I reached out to the GM and still to this day I have not received a call or anything from anyone and it’s been almost 1 month. Later the story changed saying “the room smelled of urine and the mattress was ruined.. How can 2 small kids ruin a mattress overnight by pissing the bed? Doesn’t the bed suppose to have mattress covers anyways? Plus the whole damn hallway smelled like urine from them damn animals. This updated motel 6 will try to finesse you! Be cautious, spend your money elsewhere because hell you’ll pay for it in the end! 0 out of 10 don’t recommend!
Update as of 9/8: It’s been over 6 weeks and nobody has yet to contact me!!! I guess I gotta pull up 🤷🏿♂️
