    I arrived to the hotel and stood in the lobby for 30 minutes before I was checked in. I then had to go and come back to add a card to my reservations for incidentals that should not have been charged considering the hotel allows dogs. The room was decent but I was awaken to the guest on the opposite side of the wall having well needless to say my side was shaking so bad that I was very uncomfortable and upset! Not only that I was put on a room that was right next to the elevator! I had my service dog. Not only was I not on a bottom floor I was up half of the night because of the elevator. I am a Hilton’s honor member and I do know that the preferences of the customer are not always able to be accommodated but I definitely was not asked! OH!!! Do not let me forget check out! I stood there for 20 minutes listening to this lady talk about disciplining her children and all I wanted to do was return my room key and check out. Not once did the front desk agent acknowledge me or my presence of me standing there. This is by far the WORST!!! And I mean the WORST Hampton experience EVER!

    Housekeeping is doing a great Job. Elvija was so helpful!! HH diamond member since 2020. The only opportunity to improve is that front desk hold 250$ for incidentals on a 5 nights stay.

    Room smelled but we were only there for the night, super exhausted and didn't feel like complaining. Breakfast had a great selection

    Overall, very nice stay. Chris was very friendly,helpful at check in. Hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Hotel is about 5-7 mins from the Hard Rock and was $200 cheaper. My only complaint- our room faced I-4. Even though the hotel is set back from the highway- we still could hear a lot of road noise. Like- a lot of road noise. The only way I would stay here again is if I knew I could get a room on the facing the other side of the hotel away from I-4.

    Left my garment bag full of clothes in the closet due to urgent situation. Spoke to fr desk person within 1/2 hr to ask that she have it retrieved and held until I come up with a plan. Called to let her know the plan….garment bag cannot be found. Now waiting for a call back.
