My family recently stayed at the Tru in Santa Rosa Beach. The hotel was clean and rooms were clean as well. The breakfast included was also good. I like that they have the pancake machine to make fresh pancakes. The hotel is located off the man roadway so have to drive a bit to get to the beach but not too far. The stay was worth what we paid.

This was pleasure from the first staff to greet us we were extremely pleased with each one we met including the manager who introduced himself as we enjoyed the breakfast. This was a more than adequate offering of several different bagels and breads, three cereals, sausage, eggs (not so good), yogurt, oatmeal, bananas, oranges., I know I'm missing something . The room was for hands cap. Although we did not need the wheelchair service it was there plenty of room in our handicap room. There was a slight problem with a lamp that was immediately fixed and with the mirror in the bathroom. For this incredible low price we had more than our monies worth. The staff especially very friendly and helpful . Thank you

The room was very small. No closet for hanging clothes. No dresser for storing folded clothes. No microwave in the room. There was a mini fridge. Breakfast was fair, but nothing to write home about. The desk clerk was super nice. Tenants in other rooms were exceptionally noisy. Overall experience was okay, considering the room was only $83 per night.

We stayed for one night, making a quick booking before heading to another hotel. We checked in on October 12th and were warmly welcomed by Mae, whose accommodating nature and positive energy made us feel right at home. Medina was also incredibly kind and helpful with my request to extend our checkout time. She was proactive and had a great attitude—highly recommend both Mae and Medina! We also want to commend Jeff, the General Manager, who is very hands-on. We met him several times during our stay, and he was always kind, attentive, and helpful with every detail. The breakfast was lovely—I especially enjoyed the pork sausage, which you must try! I also appreciated the 24-hour coffee available in the lobby. The pool is cute and a decent size, perfect for a relaxing dip. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. In fact, we’ve already booked again for October 15th, although just for the daytime as we’ll be leaving that night. My husband and I are truly impressed with this newly opened branch and look forward to returning!
