When your kitchen staff is WAAYYY more courteous and polite than your Front Desk Team, then you know you have a problem. Upon checking out, I spoke with the Property manager who I asked for specifically, and relayed my concern. She said she would look into it, and get back to me. I never heard from that woman since. I've stayed at least 8 DIFFERENT Hilton Hotels this year, and I have to say that the Restaurant staff it's typically more polite and welcoming than the Front Desk team. Very disappointing for a HILTON.

One time the bathtub wasn’t cleaned, there was no toilet paper holder (the roll was just left loose on the counter the whole week that I stayed), and sometimes they forgot to leave water or only left one bottle instead of two. The service felt careless.
