Stayed here for the St.Pete country fest, all three days we were here were amazing! The front desk workers as well as everyone in the hotel was super friendly! The valet was amazing!. Taylor, Gavin, Tyler, Icon, and Megan made the process of leaving and getting our car back super easy and fun! Great experience all around!

Just not a good experience at Hilton Bayfront. On arrival the fire department had the front entranced blocked and street was a mess. When we could finally get into hotel we decided to just use valet instead of parking off property just to save us some time ($45... Ridiculously high). We then made it into hotel where we found a line for elevators and it took us 20 plus minutes to get into elevator. Only 2 of 3 elevators were even working. Then our room was right next to the bank of elevators, room 801, no one should have to use this room. The noise for our entire stay was ridiculous and loud. Elevators up and down, people standing at elevator thinking no one could hear them yelling. Rude people yelling as they exit elevator. We arranged for a late check out, months in advance, and were told no until I showed them the proof in a text message with front desk of hotel. Was then asked to check again the following day and they would try to extend our late checkout to 1pm. Told again, no late check out and we needed to leave by 11am. I said, no, we weren't leaving till 12 noon and showed my proof again. Staff just didn't want to help, it was an inconvenience. After all that we went to our room to shower only to find that there was an entirely empty bottle of body wash hanging in the wall. Entirely empty, so obviously hasn't been checked and maybe not for a long while. Awful experience and not one you would ever expect from Hilton. I am a Diamond Member too and no one at this hotel cared about that at all. Total waste of points/$. In this area find a different place to stay.

I was without TV for almost 24 hours. Someone came couldnt fix and never told anyone even though they said they were going to let someone know. I was there for a conference it was horrible waiting for a elevator. One elevator was not working for 300+ people going up and down. Rooms need a desperate upgrade. Air conditioner would never shut off even when it reached temperature.

Had a horrible experience. The rooms have mold growing in the showers and it smells musty and mildewy, I have allergies wouldn't ever stay there again. Elevators are so slow and only have 2 working for 15 floors. Don't even hit your vape (nicotine) they will fine you $300 per occurance. (Any kind of smoke is detected in the room and gets sent to fire department) And do not tell you this while checking in. Charge you without any warning. When you go to desk and ask about it they say it's non negotiable. They also charge a 300 $ deposit for incidentals that they do not give you back even if you do not charge anything to your room. So be aware. They also do not give you an itemized bill when checking out. For your expense accounting which is weird considering it a convention hotel geared towards company meetings. So makes it hard to turn into your company for expense reimbursement. I'd stay elsewhere if you have a choice in where you stay.

I was currently a guest. Our shower constantly dripped (minor) with contributed to moisture in the room.... (Major) we had a roach in our bathroom in which I have the video and another roach near the bed....Yes I notified the front desk and they moved my room from the 5th floor to the 6th floor DIRECTLY above the room I complained about as if roaches don't travel in the walls....needless to say me and my wife was not able to sleep....VERY DISAPPOINTING...I was told that I would be able to speak to the manager in the morning before my check-out...morning came and I was told no manager was onsite....I got a card with her number and called once I arrived back home and still was not able to reach her (VERY DISAPPOINTING).... We have conferences every year in Florida and this was our first time at this specific hotel, my experience will not be forgotten and will be noted with our organization.
