- RKRaja Khatib1 day ago1.0The absolute worst!! Arrived at 230pm. Rang the bell for service. An employee came out to tell me, with an unpleasant attitude, that check in is at 3pm on the dot. Went back at 3pm on the dot just to be told that the room was not ready. Lumumba said there was nothing he could do. He didn't even bother to offer an apology or anything. Poor English, could barely understand either one. So much for the hilton name and honors program.

We originally planned on staying for 4 days but had to cancel two days since the hotel was infested with red ants, on the bed and bathroom. The amenities are very limited, no table to work on if you have a computer. Breakfast is very limited as well. Surprising, my charge for the first night was doubled on check out, I believe because I cancelled part of my stay. The low price is not worth it, find a better place to stay. This is the Hilton motel 6!!
