Although, was not clear during booking that they will charge for valet parking every night $30. For this reason we will probably not come back and choose another hotel nearby with free parking.

Full size refrigerator, 2 burner stove, dishwasher, sofa, eating table/desk and minimal dishes. Free hot breakfast was a nice selection. Reasonably priced room, but... Downside: You have to pay $29 per night to park, whether you use valet or self-park. Mattress was uncomfortable with a ridge down the middle. The side nearest the bathroom sloped slightly downhill. Pillows were all feather, so it took two to have any support. Stains on furniture upholstery in room and in breakfast area.

Valet attendant wouldn’t even be there most of the time or have long lines and I’d just self park it myself! What a joke, Hilton should be ashamed at themselves treating a long time honors member like this. Hotel cost us during the week $150 a night plus the parking. I expected better. Nothing more than a cash grab from your customers! Room was ok brown stains on comforter and couch. We only had two towels and needed more and beds were somewhat uncomfortable back hurt after sleeping on them. Pool isn’t heated and ice cold. Didn’t feel welcomed by staff.

I am fine with valet when its necessary due to parking restrictions but that certainly was not the case here, plenty of parking in the lot and it is just steps from the door. I would greatly prefer to have access to my vehicle when I choose without the hassle of using a valet. To top it off the valet tried to sneak an extra two days of parking charges onto our bill and I had to call corporate to get assistance in removing the fraudulent charges. The valet service seemed a bit shady so I am really not surprised. Bad look for your hotel in an otherwise wonderful stay.
