Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet basic standards. The rooms were unsanitary, noise from other guests was constant, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable, as shown in the photo below. The complimentary breakfast was also of very low quality. I would recommend spending more money on a cleaner, better-maintained hotel.
The place is not far ,,, but the rooms where no that clean as the fridge handle was dirty like food on it , the sofa where you put your arms had stein on it verry dirty , like things has drop and has not been clean for a long time , the curtain was also stein and not clean , the sofa bed verry verry bad to sleep extremely bad the breakfast food not variable will not stay again

the hotel night sift runner tried her best to bring us extra pillow and towels as we requested because hotel was fully booked.
Front desk staff communication about breakfast timing and valet parking was misleading.
Be aware for a lot of noice, rooms walls are tin you can hear all the notices around you. Upstairs was a family with children running all the time so we couldn’t get some rest. When we brought the complaint about bed bugs and noice disturbances to Charles And Ce.They both refused to be helpful or to address the issue or even be sympathetic.
Of course we know the drill.
“O pest control came and treat the room”after we check out and found nothing also “health department inspects our rooms every month”, like they go in each and every room and check the mattresses..please!!
We requested even a refund and they refused.
We will keep going further because this un- apologetic and un- accountability actions need to stop.
The evening staff at this Hilton were extremely professional and helpful. We did not interact with the employees that worked the day shift, as we were on vacation.
The rooms were subpar for a Hilton. They were not as clean as Hiltons I've stayed at in the past. We booked two adjoining rooms for our party. We saw small bugs in both kitchens and bathrooms, and a dead bug in a folded bathroom towel. Overall, the location is good, as it's near many restaurants and shopping areas. But, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms.

I stayed here for two nights (12/10–12/12), and unfortunately this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
Every single pillow was full of clumps, and when you lay your head down, it goes completely flat. Zero support. I’ve never stayed at a hotel with pillows this bad. The bed wasn’t any better. You can literally feel the coils poking through. Sleeping here was rough. There was a constant loud beeping noise every time we turned on the light in the bathroom sink area. On top of that, the room stayed hot no matter what adjustments we made, and if you’re someone who needs a cool room to sleep, this hotel is not it. When we arrived around 3 pm, an hour before checkin time (after calling to confirm a room was available), the woman at the front desk completely ignored us. She wasn’t helping anyone but pretended to look busy. We stood there for about 5 minutes with no acknowledgment. The moment an older couple walked up, she greeted them immediately. The gentleman actually had to tell her that we were there first. Not even an apology. Extremely unprofessional and honestly just rude. And while checking in, someone sitting in the lobby plugged in a charger and got visibly shocked, there was a big spark. The front desk girl that was helping us and was the closest worker to her didn’t even react or check if she was okay. The person’s companion had to draw her attention to it. I truly hope that woman is alright, because the employee clearly didn’t care. We had to pay $30/night for valet when there’s plenty of space to park yourself. When we went to leave, the valet text didn’t give an option to request our car, so we went downstairs. They couldn’t find our key and asked us to pull up our rental car agreement so they could give us our vehicle. Ridiculous. When the car finally arrived, the valet person asked if we needed help loading our suitcases—while standing right in front of the trunk. Basic service is to just grab the bags. It felt like no one here wanted to do their job unless pushed.
Overall:
People were not apologetic, not welcoming, and not helpful. Between the poor front desk experience, safety concerns, the uncomfortable room, and the valet mess, this hotel was a huge disappointment. I would absolutely not stay here again. Save your money and stay somewhere that values its guests and actually responds when you reach out.
I’m a Hilton Honors member, and I actually received multiple texts asking how my stay was going and encouraging me to reply if I needed anything. So I did. I explained everything that was going wrong… and got absolutely no response. I even followed up. They finally replied after I checked out. What a joke!
