I am only leaving one star because there is no option for zero Stars! I had a family emergency and canceled my trip before the deadline. They charged my card anyway, I had to call them. They gave me a refund then they recharged my card again. I called them, got a refund and they ran my card a third time. Never again. Will I deal with this hotel!

We stayed one night in room 328. The air conditioning unit apparently had been leaking for awhile. Carpet was soaked and room smelled musty. I mentioned this to the front desk and all they did was say thanks for letting us know. No discount or Hilton points? Hotel showing age.

I have to say, I’m extremely disappointed with this hotel.
We’re here for the Nights of Lights event. Our check-in time was 3:00 PM, but when we arrived at 4:00 PM there was a line almost out the door because the hotel was clearly understaffed. The employees were doing their best, but they were visibly overwhelmed.
We came back around 7:00 PM and, although the line was shorter, it was still there. I spoke with a staff member who told me she was working on her day off to help manage the chaos that Nights of Lights brings. While she receives overtime pay, she gets no additional compensation for giving up her day off or for working during the holiday season. That speaks volumes about how stretched thin the staff is.
Once we finally got to our room, the issues continued. The door gets stuck when opening (you can see deep scratch marks from previous guests clearly having to force it open). On top of that, the hotel has a convenience store that doesn’t carry basic essentials like water or toothpaste (both of which we needed). Somehow, though, wine bottles were available for purchase.
For nearly $270 a night, this hotel is absolutely not worth it if you’re staying for Nights of Lights. If you’re here strictly for the beach, the location might outweigh the lack of supplies and the overworked staff.
Holiday Inn, you can and should do better.

If you must book your stay at Hilton.......just know this is not your typical Hilton. Stayed in room 302.....just know it is not a Jr Suite........it's a regular room just larger with alot of empty space. What you see on the website you will not see when you enter this room. Their is no sofa bed or table in this room. Just sitting chairs they have placed to take up space. The problem is they know the sofa bed is missing and still charge the Jr Suite rate. The bed is hard and pillows are super out dated and flat. While checking out another guess asked where were the up to date rooms and house keeping stated there are none. So this hotel is making money but they are not putting money back into their establishment. Key note the side door anyone can break in the door with ease. Spend your money where they care.
