The rooms were very clean and lots of space. Staff were friendly and helpful, quick access to beach. Will be back on next trip to St Augustine.

The walls don't block any sound - I could hear the person in the room next to us using their toilet and watching TikTok videos. Also, cell phone data is blocked on the property so there is no phone reception. Breakfast was just OK. The location is nice and the area is quiet.

You can bring pets, although they charge you for it. That information is on the website. Parking is free, which is a big plus, but I still don't recommend it at all. It's very dirty. We found two cockroaches in the room. My daughter is terrified of cockroaches, so the two nights were horrible for her and, of course, for us. The room they gave us, 207, smelled very bad, like mould, and the air conditioning was very old and very noisy. We were a group of 12, so we had three rooms, and we all agreed that the hotel is neglected and dirty. The carpet in the rooms is extremely dirty. I wiped it with a wet wipe and it came out black, as did the socks we were wearing. In short, this hotel needs to improve its comfort and cleanliness considerably.
