    Not my thing. Choose it because it was the closet hotel that met my needs for a conference. $13.99 for breakfast was unexpected; we choose a different option. Room was satisfactory for our one night stay.

    Went to check in around midnight and no one was there and we had to wait about 30 minutes to get into the room. Then i asked to get a key for a room i’m staying and this light skin lady would not allow me in the room saying it’s against policy. Common sense clearly lacking with that one. I recommend that someone come up there and verify my belonging in the room and even the person who’s reservation i was with call and still denied to let me in the room! After a useless debacle Justin finally did the thing I ended up recommending in the first place which is verifying that i belonged in the room was done. We went through all that just to do what i said in the first place. Get rid of that lady and put justin there because he understands customer experience unlike that useless lady. Picture below is a bug in the bathroom.

    The staff at this hotel is beyond amazing!!!! I had my wedding there the weekend of Halloween and was blown away with how amazing they are! They honestly made my wedding weekend so special and smooth! Thank you for everything again words cannot express my gratitude for you guys!!!

    I had a great stay and was going to give this a 5-star review. However, after I left, I was charged for 2 bottles of water that an employee said was complimentary. I'm a Hilton Honors member and have received these in the past at other Hilton hotels for free during my stay. When I called to take the charges off, the employee at the front desk said she couldn't and to call a manager. Really? The pettiness of this hotel trying to nickel and dime people. Perhaps my Hilton Honors status went down from not staying at the hotels as frequently, so now I'm charged for a bottle of water that costs $0.20 at the grocery store. Ridiculous. Update: I called and spoke to a manager on November 10th. He was pleasant and said he'd take the charges off this time.
