    3rd floor just got a brand new update. It all smells brand new! 2 pools and a jacuzzi One of the pools are heated!

    King suite is a great room with pull out couch in the living room and a good sized kitchenette. 2 pools and hot tub were awesome. Breakfast was great. Coffee, tea, and water in the lobby most of the day . Text communication with front desk is really helpful.

    It seems that the Hotel owners are deviating from the convenience that Hilton put in place with the use of the mobile app. Check in, Check out, use of the electronic key, without having to consult the front desk unless it was necessary. This has with my last (2) stays with the Hilton. At this Homewood Suites location and the Hampton Inn across the street. I feel that this is happening, because the owners do not want to pay any extra fees that may apply for the convenience’s. Even with using tap feature to pay at the front desk. The owners want you to insert your card. The tap feature was put in place to provide an extra level of security. Additionally extra hold fees being applied is ridiculous! If I am able to reserve my room via my Hilton app, in which my payment information is available, it’s because Hilton allows me to. Owners within the franchise should to able to supersede this! I will be contacting Hilton to file a complaint.

    Rooms could use some deep cleaning and renovation. The bathrooms are really old, the sliding glass door to the closet kept going off the tracks and it was really hard to open it and close (I kept worrying it will come off the tracks and break). One thing that stood out was very dirty curtains, you could see and feel that those haven't been washed or changed in a very long time. Aside from that, it didnt smell funny and room had plenty of space. Definitely enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool. The breakfast was outstanding. Those ladies dont get paid enough for the food they put out for the breakfast. Overall decent experience. While on my month stay there, they were having some construction and it was noisy, but apart from that - good hotel if you dont mind outdated stuff.
