    I do not recommend this hotel managers have no idea about customer service! They are the most unfriendly, rude personnel that I have had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with! And the problem was an easy fix after i contacted Hilton Guest Services! Also I would never stay there after reading a review that someone complained of bedbugs and all the General Manager said was I checked it out and didn’t see any bugs! Really ! Not enough knowledge for an Assistant General Manager Chris Breucci ! YOU CANNOT SEE BED BUGS ! Will never stop there for any reason I would gladly keep driving about 45 more minutes North to Sarasota or 45 minutes more South to Naples for a well run Hotel ! Like the one off Cooper Creek Blvd in Sarasota great hotel great staff polite friendly staff they go the extra mile!! This hotel is in a town with very little to offer Port Charlotte and have the nerve to be unkind and rude!! When asked about a reservation I did not make that did not show up in my app til the day before when it was to late to cancel ! I was basically told by the front desk manager Ashley and the Assistant General Manager Chris Breucci that I was lying and implied they get people all the time using there military discount to book rooms for family ! Well if I am traveling with my family and paying for the room is that not what you do ? Also told by there front desk personnel Ginger that apparently this has happened to other guest here lately ! So not sure what is happening at this place but this hotel is not worth it ! I just said keep the late cancellation fees of $338 dollars! I will just call customer service and do a review! And that’s when Chris the Assistant General Manager told me I was a threat to his hotel and not welcome there! I say again poor , unknowledgeable , rude , unprofessional personnel! Not worth the hassle do not stay there drive on ! And FYI it’s everyone’s right to do a review, that is not a threat !

    Really good location near major roads and the lake..loved it lot! Nice friendly staff, delicious breakfast, neat and clean property and room, lot of parking lots, such a pleasant one night stay at this location! Would love to stay here again in the future!

    If you don't want a hot shower and low water pressure in the shower than this is the place for you!!! Wouldn't do late check out! Breakfast was average compared to other Hampton Inns. Just really an average experience!!!
