  During my recent family visit to Jacksonville, for my Mayo appointments, we had an exceptionally positive experience at the Hilton Garden Inn. From our arrival, the staff’s warm hospitality and professionalism created a welcoming atmosphere. The check-in process was seamless and efficient, and the front desk staff demonstrated exceptional attentiveness and accommodation throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and aesthetically pleasing. However, we encountered a minor inconvenience with our bedroom. Chase promptly addressed the issue, ensuring that our stay would be exceptionally enjoyable going forward. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including high-quality toiletries, fresh linens, and thoughtful touches. The view from our balcony was the most captivating aspect of our room. The hotel’s amenities exceeded all expectations, including the dining options, well-equipped fitness center, and inviting pool area (although it was closed). Mulligans Restaurant further enhanced the experience with its engaging trivia night and other nightly social activities. What stood out most was the consistent level of service provided by Chase, who went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. It is evident that this Hilton Garden Inn takes pride in offering exceptional experiences to its guests by creating a sense of family. Overall, this Hilton Garden Inn offers an exceptional combination of comfort and exceptional service, creating an unforgettable experience that encourages repeat patronage.   This hotel lobby and hallways are exceptionally clean and the check in staff are very nice. It appears to have been renovated not too long ago. The downside was we had a double bed room which was fine. The pillows have no pillow protectors on them, only a pillowcase. The linens could be whiter. Our bathroom was very tiny where the tub/toilet area is. The toilet was a very low toilet. Most hotels have comfort height. The tub/shower walls were newer but the tub itself had a lot of hard water on the fixtures. The carpets in the main area of the beds could be steam cleaned or replaced. Bring a Florida location tile floors seem to be a better fit in the sleeping and bathroom areas. I think overall the room was clean but lacked some amenities. No makeup mirrors, only one set of towels, very very low water pressure on the sinks. We loved the lobby area and access to the lounge area with seating and large TV. I think it just could use some tweaks.

  It's a Hilton Garden Inn, and who hasn't stayed at 100 of these? It's for the most part as expected, but merits comment because of (1) an unusually pleasant pool area that manages to not be in full view of a parking lot as is normally the case, and (2) a large, clean, and well-equipped exercise room on the second floor. This location also benefits from easy walking to shops and restaurants. Finally, the staff here, especially Chase at the front desk, have been exceptionally helpful and professional. I'll no doubt stay here when I'm visiting on business again.
