Called talked to the manager JAY where he told me call customer service they will call me and I’ll approve the full refund. I call customer service they call jay mind you this is two seconds later and said housekeeping hadn’t found evidence of bugs no crap I had to flush it so I could take a shower b4 my ten hour drive home. I took video and photos and added those to this review as well as a time stamp and location bc he said it wasn’t there. I call and Talk to JAY AGAIN WHERE HEIS RIDE AND AFTER I SAY YOUR HOTEL HAS ROACHES AND MOLD TAKES ME OFF SPEAKER SO CUSTOMERS CANT HEAR ME AND KEEPS SAYING I CANT GOVE A REFUND HOW CAN I HELP. I hang up call customer service they process my refund in full and give me the 5000 points and to anyone who reads this DONT STAY HERE. And to JAY have the holiday season you have. You don’t deserve to be in management.
