Parking is in garage descent to hotel but was close and convenient. Stayed at new years so didn’t get a chance to Eaton rooftop but went up to check it out and it was awesome. Very convenient location next to a ton of shops and restaurants. Of all the things about this hotel that were great Stephanie D. was amazing!!! Forgot a uniform at hotel and she was so amazing and found it and boxed it up to be shipped out. We put almost 60 nights in a hotel a year and most would’ve just said they never found it but Stephanie went above and beyond! She is amazing and a reflection of the how accommodating this place really is! Highly recommend you come visit her!

This visit has left me seriously reconsidering staying at this property in the future. Upon arrival, the front desk staff did not greet me or offer assistance. When I asked why my Gold status reservation wasn’t showing in the system, she rudely turned the computer around and said, “it’s clearly not in the system,” refusing to acknowledge my Hilton app, which already displayed my room and digital key. Instead of listening or resolving the issue, she bluntly assigned me a room. When I entered the elevator, I noticed the key didn’t match my app, leaving me nervous and uncertain if someone else was already in the room. Returning to the front desk, it became clear she had given me a key to the Homewood Suites side instead of Tru by Hilton. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of my Gold status, and no attempt at professionalism—just dismissive, abrupt behavior. As a loyal and frequent guest, this experience was not only frustrating but completely unacceptable. I expected attention, respect, and proper service, and instead received blunt indifference. This visit has seriously deterred me from staying at this hotel again, and I hope management addresses this immediately to prevent future guests from encountering the same unprofessional treatment.
