- MWMarta WołosowiczOct 31, 20251.0Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The most serious issue was that cash and my engagement ring were stolen from my backpack inside our room. The safe in the room was not working, so we had no secure place to store our valuables. We immediately informed the front desk, but there was no meaningful response or follow-up from the staff or management. Security in the hotel is clearly inadequate – people from outside the property were frequently entering the building without any control. On weekends, loud rooftop parties went on until late at night, making it impossible to rest. This is definitely not a hotel for anyone looking for peace and quiet, or for families with children. Additionally, there were dogs running freely around the pool and even in the breakfast area. Guests were eating and drinking by the pool despite clear “no food, no pets” signs, and the staff did absolutely nothing to address it. We expected much higher standards from a Hilton property, but unfortunately, our stay was both stressful and unsafe. I would strongly advise future guests to think twice before booking.

She took over after several event coordinators were involved in my wedding and during the period she was involved. She handled it like a pro. Everything went smoothly, the guests were all happy with the service and mostly I couldn’t have chosen a better event coordinator for my wedding. I would recommend Allison to anyone I know who’s looking to have an event on Pompano Beach. Additionally, the way she handled the coordination with Baresco and Caitlin with the beach house is without a doubt except exceptional.

Fortunately while I was at the front desk Your director of sales Chris Conte and Allison Grohovsky overheard what was happening and introduced themselves. They went above and beyond helping us doing whatever they could.. They were amazing!! I would definitely stay again, but your staff needs some training.
