    A guest requested that their delivery beverage be left in the lobby. It’s a very common request for hotel guests every single hotel I’ve ever been to from the bottom of the barrel to a five star hotel has a designated spot where you can leave a guest order the lady at the front desk had to make a big huge issue about this. We don’t hold food. You have to call the customer all this nonsense. Absolutely ridiculous nobody’s telling you you have to be security guard and guard the Guest food I was simply being polite and asking you if there was an area where I can leave the food that’s it. Horrible service horrible horrible service.

    Newer building, clean but room smelled like wet rug. The air conditioner wouldn’t go lower than 68 degrees for cooling and during the night it shuts off constantly so we woke up hot often. Hotel is trying to grab savings on those expensive electric bills. The bed was hard as a rock like sleeping on a parking bench. The shower flooring was slippery almost wiped out in there. And the kicker is 10$ per night for parking, this is pompano and federal highway not the beach.

    Worst Service with a single elevator working for 6 floors hotel. Front Service desk / Manager (Sharima Sahib) were agressive to defend to state that the we are the only one complaining with regards to the Elevator. $10 parking fee to rip customers for a normal location where parking nearby is available. No cleanliness at breakfast with the Kitchen personnel touching the food without any gloves. No computers working and were just placed for a show. Cannot stoop down to mention more complaints. I am sure the hotel will defend their position stating themselves as saints.

    Pros -Property was clean and seemed fairly new/newly renovated. -Good value for the area. -AC worked well. -Guest laundry facility (see con below) Cons -Only 1 elevator was working during our 3-night stay, which resulted in long waits, packed elevator rides, and finally taking luggage down 4 flights of stairs. -Breakfast was OK, but there wasn't enough seating and things weren't refilled very frequently. -The laundry facilities have 1 washer and 1 dryer, so long waits for that, too. -Hot water didn't get very hot. -No water bottles when checking in. -Minor, but no hand soap dispensers. -Also, Hilton never actually honors their Price Match Guarantee.

    The hotel is in a convenient location and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast is pretty good. Variety is descent. My only complaint is that the floors in the room were filthy! We walked around the room barefoot and our feet were black. They may run the vacuum but doesn't seem they are ever cleaned.
