We were at the hotel for 3 nights and it was overall a nice hotel with great location to the mall and local restaurants. The room was updated and comfy. They offered breakfast and the pool was accessible and clean. I would come again.

1st night slept well, second night I had some noisey neighbors. To all who reads these reviews.. there are other people who have to wake up and go to work. Don't need to make noises and banging on doors at 2 in the morning. Be considerate...

Disappointing Experience and Lack of Basic Hospitality: I checked in late last night, 10/21, and had a back-to-back reservation this morning, 10/22. The room was extremely cold, and I believe the A/C is broken. The thermostat on the wall does not work, and the unit continues to blow cold air nonstop. As a result, I woke up with a sore throat from the temperature in the room. When I went down to the front desk to ask for two bottles of water, the attendant was on a bathroom break for quite some time, during which several guests were waiting in the lobby. When she finally returned, I politely asked for two bottles of water. She responded rudely by asking for my room number and stated that only Silver Members receive complimentary water—making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued guest. I then asked if I could at least have one bottle, and in the same dismissive tone, she repeated that only Silver Members get water and pointed me toward the vending machines. Ironically, I had just stayed at a True in North Carolina on 10/18, where I was offered two bottles of water each day with no issue. So now I’m sitting here with a sore throat, waiting for ice from the vending machine to melt so I can have a drink of water. With everything going on in the world today, it seems like the least the Hilton brand could do is provide a basic courtesy—like a bottle of water—to paying guests who spend over $200 per night. It’s truly disappointing to see how much the level of customer service has declined—not just with the Hilton brand, but across the hospitality industry as a whole. I say this as someone who works in property management and who also spent five years with Hilton. I understand the challenges of customer service, but I also know the value of kindness and simple gestures. Sadly, I don’t expect anyone here will read this or even care—but I felt it was important to share that the warmth and hospitality Hilton was once known for seems to be fading.
