The staff were excellent, consistently went above and beyond for our players and staff, and were incredibly willing to help. Kendall was fantastic, and helped us with our booking and coordinating information! Devin, Nathan, and the rest of the team, were friendly and helpful as well. The hotel is in a great location, close to many different eating options, with a variety of places within short travel time.

No remote for the TV in fit room, but it looked like the breakfast was pretty good, parents enjoyed the cinnamon muffins.

When we came back and it was time to go to bed, when I pulled the sheets, they were stained with blood and it was ripped. I called front desk for sheets and comforter it was around 11pm. The person on the phone seemed not worried, I didn’t even get an apology. She only said “I’m the only one here right now” so I said I would just come myself to the desk to get the sheets/comforter. Anyway I got the sheets/comforter and I had to remake the bed myself. I’m just very disappointed because I always stay with Hilton brand hotels and this had never happened. I got no apology, no mention of a room change, nothing, just here are just sheets. It was cleared that housekeeping did not change the bed with new linen. Later on the next day we opened a hand towel that was rolled up nicely and it had a brown stain, not sure what it was. This experience was disgusting. We checked out the next day, I came to the desk and asked them to charge the room to a the other credit card on file, she verified the numbers and “took care of it”. When I got home, I checked my folio and she still charged the wrong card. So not only is this hotel dirty, their employees are incompetent at their job.
