- VVVEF2 days ago4.0The rooms are updated, the ceilings are really high and this works out for the shower if you're a tall person. The staff is friendly and considerate - kudos to them! It's clean and parking is good. The lobby smelled like boiled eggs day and night. Gym is good with free weights, cardio, machines, just missing mats and disposable paper water cups for the fountain. Most important improvement needed: place business travelers in a different area than partying guests and sports tournaments etc... my next door neighbors were up all night and the walls are thin, I called front desk but really the best solution again is to place business, families with small children, company groups in a different side from leisure and party groups.

If you're still getting breakfast 5 minutes before its over, they yell at you. Definitely run by someone just trying to save a buck. Makes me wonder what else they're skimping on...

Water pressure from the shower is laughable. No sun in the pool area except for a few hours a day. As a rewards member, literally the worst Hampton I have ever stayed at. Too bad a franchisee can ruin the brands name.

Both times food delivery was announced for my approval prior to allowing strangers up to my floor; very much appreciated as a solo traveler. Nathan and Priscilla were most friendly and helpful when I needed to print documentation for my business assignment.
