Guy at the front desk on 2Nov at 11-30AM-12PM. Was very rude and so unhelpful I even requested to speak with the supervisor about the hard time he was giving me but according to him the supervisor was just unavailable.

Good location very close to airport but the worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in. First when checked in I was given a dirty room. Then had to go back downstairs and given another room after listening to staff argue. Second room no hot water you literally have to keep playing with the handle to get any hot water at all. Elevators not working and stairs are locked so had to find someone to unlock to even get to room. Air conditioner so loud I thought it was going to blow up, shower doors are moldy, carpeting all needs to be ripped out in hallways and rooms. Place needs to be torn down. You are better off staying at a sleazy motel.

The only thing they have going for them is how close they are to the airport.
Check in was seamless - thanks to digital room keys.
One of our rooms was ok. The other room was musty, damp, didn’t have hot water and the smell was 🤮.
After notifying the front desk once, they sent a service guy up. No results. Notified the front desk - “oh, we’re sorry” and that was it. No offer to change rooms or anything. Only after we asked for a new room did they move us. When I was packing my stuff to leave everything was damp. Stay away from this hotel!!
