Currently staying for a work conference. The staff has been great, the location is perfect. This place needs some serious upgrades and maintenance. The room has a musty smell and after one night I woke up stuffed up, guessing the carpet has been wet many times based on the rust on the floor and HVAC. The power flickers everytime the mini fridge turns on.

We just stay there 4 nights , the pool wasn't heated pool , that pool was ice cold. We weren't able to enjoy the pool very disappointed!!!
At check out time the front desk representative ask us how was our stay . I told them disappointed because of the non heated pool and the hotel description said heated pool . They only said sorry about that next time next staying We will make sure we have the pools working properly.
I told them them why the management doesn't put that in the hotel description.
My children weren't able to enjoy the pool because of the ice cold water. I have never been so disappointed in hotel stays

Its between a 3 and a 4 stars...
Came here during off season. (Christmas break) great location to few walking distance. Few resturants with playgrounds. The mini golf is also next door. (The city playground has grills and picnic tables.) Unfortunately, one of the elevators was broken. Our floor ice machine was also broken. The bathroom grout wasn't sealed- so there was water under it. Had to reallt push hard on the bathroom door to close and it doesnt lock. The safe wasnt working. The indoor heated pool heat element was broken!!!! The fire pits finalllly worked after day 3 being here. The outdoor pools ARE NOT HEATED. But. The good part. Was the view the very short beach (some beaches are looooong) and because hilton is basically connected to 3 other hotels. You can use the other 3 hotels pools which are heated and some lazy river style!!!!! And paid parking 15$ a day. (Tight parking if you have a big vehicle) Oh and the outdoor bar isnt open on off season. And the other reviews were talking about sticky. The carpet was sticky. (The black vinyl around the carpet.)
Oh and the fishing pier close by around .50 miles cost money to walk/ fish....

This hotel is a great hotel on the beach. I would suggest if coming with a bigger family or if just want a getaway with some extra room. Go for the upgraded suites. They are bigger for groups or a family. They have beds, couch and chairs. Plus have a kitchen area with a fridge and microwave. So you can bring food and plenty to drink. The only issue we had was that the second TV didn't work. That was in the bedroom area. But we were there to enjoy te beach and this has its own acces to the beach. That's a plus. But it also has a little store and a restaurant in the hotel. So options for food. I would recommend staying here.

Perfect location, A1 Class Breakfast, awesome service, amazing kind and smiling servers and front desk staff, and simply put a super delighful experience.
We stayed three nights, spend a lot of morning time in breakfast area. Yes, it was that good, breakfast, hot grill and mainly the polite and smiling staff.
Rooms: I give four stars because the room need a bit uplift and upgrade. Yes age is showing up on carpit, walls, bath rooms, and furniture.
Elevator is very slow and dated.
Will I come back here again?
Without a doubt, I will be back again.
The overall experience is amazing because the smiling staff and kind servers make up for the minor issues I mentioned above.
Please Enjoy the images I uploaded.
Highly Highly Revomended !!!
