Horrible service. Horrible. Avoid this place. They taint the Hilton name.
The room we were given looked great but was 80 degrees. We told the front desk as we went to dinner and they assured us it would be fixed. Upon returning it was not. After repeated attempts by maintenance to fix the ac nothing worked. We asked for a new room and was given one. But upon entering the new room we found people in bed. They had given us keys to someone else’s room. That could have been real bad. The staff was rude and combative and utterly unprofessional. We ended up leaving for another hotel because the Pensacola Hilton did not care to help us. The staff yelled at my wife and kids when they accidentally went into a staff area while following maintenance hoping to get the problem fixed.
This was terrible.

We recently spent a week at the hotel. It was a bit frustrating bc the first 3 rooms they put us in all had issues w the toilets not being attached to the floor. The 4th room finally had a safe toilet for a paraplegic. The rooms seemed out dated and in need of remodeling.
Steve and Jeff w maintenance were a Godsend. Steve gave us lots of info on the area and good food. Jeff saved our vacation. I hit a rut on the brick outside and bent my wheel on my chair. I thought we were going to have to go home to get it repaired. I asked Jeff if he had tools we could use. Jeff immediately returned and literally fixed my wheel. He saved our vacation. Jeff also tried very hard to fix all the toilets, but knew they would take considerable time and got us the new room and the 4th room worked. The front desk said they’d do something for us I don’t know what she did because it never happened. The pools inside and out were very cold, too cold for us to swim. Steve let us know about the lazy river. That was a big win for us so my 5 yoa autistic granddaughter could swim.We take this trip for 2 weeks every year for my granddaughter. We live in Nebraska and she loves to swim and loves the ocean.
All in all it was great time! The hotel food was very good and everyone was very kind and friendly. Robert helped us w luggage 4 times changing rooms. We had a lot. He was a champ and very professional about it.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences, especially with a baby. To start, we were not able to check in until almost 5pm even though we should’ve been able to check in at 4pm. My husband was there for work and the hotel was hosting the conference. They were extremely unprepared for it even though they knew it was happening. Then it took over 4 hours to get a pack n play for our son even though we gave them a heads up over an over before we were even able to get checked in. It was freezing this past week while we were there and the patio door didn’t seal correctly because the lock that is on it prevents that from happening so cold air was coming into the room and of course there was not a heating option on the thermostat. Also found mold on the window curtains in our room (I’m sure there was more somewhere else in the room because I ended up starting to feel sick and felt terrible the whole week). I will say the one front desk woman that helped me with the curtains was amazing as well as the maintenance man that took the curtains down. They were the only two staff members that were helpful and extremely nice. However, we never received new curtains. I gave them 24hrs and then I went to the front desk (different woman than the one who helped me) to tell them we hadn’t received new ones and then someone comes by hours later with shower curtains, not window curtains. They also handed me the curtains and left so apparently we were responsible for putting the curtains back up. The whole room was very outdated and worn. We were stuck in the older part of the hotel which we didn’t not realize there was an older side and a newer side. Also, they do not have a “free, full” breakfast even though it says they do on their website. So that’s false advertisement. I HIGHLY advise staying somewhere else in Pensacola.

The room was good. The customer service desk people were friendly. My problem is with the on site restaurant. My family and I went down to eat dinner and we were dressed very casually, we did notice everyone else was dressed nicer. They acted very snobby toward us. The restaurant was not busy, however it took over 15 minutes to get a table and once they finally seated us after about 7 to 10 minutes of sitting nan waiting, the service staff never came over to take our order or even just to say we will be with you shortly, not even waters while we waited. Instead the Adults at the table could see the staff staring at us from the kitchen area and mumbling amongst themselves, and what we could only assume was about us.
We finally got up and left. This is not how a restaurant should do business!

Overall, I really like this hotel. The rooms are very modern and clean. Facilities are great and you can’t beat the view!! The workout room is one of the best I’ve see. My first night here however, some of the items in the room can use updating. See pictures with this review. I also don’t care how it’s not very soundproof between the walls and the floors because laying here in my room with no TV on, I can hear somebody taking a piss either above me or next-door. Mirror coming apart from frame, tub needs to be re coated. It looked like a blood stain at first but it’s the tub lining ceramic wearing out in that area. The beds are comfortable and they give you about every pillow softness you can think of to match your taste.
Fantastic location on the beach with all Pensacola has to offer. The food at H20 coffee and Salt restraint is fantastic!! I will definitely consider staying here again.
