    Everyone was polite and friendly. Room was clean and stocked through our stay. We had some flight changes and you all went above and beyond to accommodate us. Hospitality at its finest. We will be back! Thank you!

    Found so many roaches in my room. Informed the front desk, which to my surprise she was not worried as if this isn’t their first time in knowing about roaches. Will not be staying at the Hamptons! Sent all my clothes to the washers before going home, just incase their was any roaches in my bag. Gross

    We stay at this location all the time as we visit Pensacola Beach just about every month. The location is fantastic, staff is normally great. Over the past several years the "advantage" of being an Honors member is a joke especially as a Diamond member. We have decided due to the decline of benefits for honors members and how hospitality has lacked we will be looking at other programs. The room we were in for this Annual Christmas family visit (rm 344) had mold on the ceiling.

    The hotel is at a beautiful place with amazing views. The breakfast is also very nice, not the same thing every day, they keep menu different every day. There are several restaurants and places at walkable distance from the hotel. The best part for us was the access to the nearby resort amenities. We enjoyed all of the pools and lazy rivers along with the amazing firepits etc. I did not want to leave there. We had a balcony room which had amazing views we could not get enough of. Only thing that could be improved is cleanliness. We had to change change room because our first room stank. The second room also had some filthy stuff but we were too exhausted to ask for another room change and requested a vaccum the next day. The front desk people were responsive to address concerns. I would definitely go back again.

    DONT GO! BE CAREFUL!! Right after my stay at this hotel, I noticed that ringworm started spreading all over my body. I always disinfect my home, my car, and everything around me — I’m extremely cleanliness-obsessed. That’s why I’m confident that I got ringworm from the hotel carpet!! This means the cleaning is not done properly, and the infection is most likely being transmitted from animals.
