Read the small print when booking through a 3rd party. Also it is important which agent answers the phone at Hampton. Booked 2 rooms 1 through Expedia and 1 through booking, both non refundable. When Expedia called Hampton to cancel, Hampton approved it. The one booked through booking Hampton declined it. Not happy with service. Asked to speak with the manage Brandon no response.

Management decided putting the customer first was not in their policy. Brandon would not return calls and his assistant Shelby was not understanding to our situation. Will reconsider our wedding plans with Hilton due to this situation that had a simple fix.

We came to Pensacola for our Anniversary after learning that Aruba had a big storm system coming through. We chose to stay at the Hampton last minute and loved that the property has beach access. The receptionist messed up our reservation during check-in, which lead the morning receptionist to have rectify the mistake. Instead of calling the hotel room to request that we come down to the front desk to resolve the matter. She called my personal phone and left an unprofessional message. Then instead of admitting fault tried to act like we were trying to get over on them. Mind you we are Hilton silver members. Then she tried to make us pay for parking again after it had already been paid, we had our Hampton parking validation already in the car from the night before. This whole situation rubbed me the wrong way for sure. Nonetheless, we continued to make the best of our trip. Other than that situation, the hotel staff haven't been the friendliest. I get its hard times out here, but you're in the hospitality bussiness and don't want to be hospitable that doesn't add up. We enjoy Pensacola and like vacationing here but we definitely won't be staying at the Hampton again.

This place really knows how to treat there guest as a team member I pay attention to details and I will be back soon!! This property it is amazing they are very helpful and friendly the breakfast is great the rooms are very big, nice, and clean I felt like I was at home big shouts out to Destiny Deontra Nichelle Jim and James yall are all amazing and I hope to see ya again in the future thanks for the upgrades too yall made the stay even better and everything is literally in walking distance. I love it here !!!!!

I brought my daughters for a quick, last minute fall break trip. We rented a hotel thinking it would be cheaper/more convenient. I couldn’t have been more wrong. We paid premium room fees for housekeeping to hide from us when we tried to stop them and ask for towels. I tried going to the front desk and they were rude and said “all we can do is tell housekeeping”. We were here 3 nights/4 days and not one time did housekeeping ever enter our room. We showered with the same towels nearly the entire stay. Not one time was I able to get coffee in the lobby. I tried going at 6,7,and 8 am. Didn’t matter when I went coffee pot was empty. My girls and I ended up having to go out for coffee and breakfast. In my opinion, either the Hampton inn needs to upgrade their facility and employee work ethic or lower their prices so the price is more in line with what to expect. I travel for work a lot and normally try to choose a Hampton inn because they are generally, nice, clean, safe, and friendly. Definitely not the case with this one. Location is the only thing going for it.
