- NNNaomi6 days ago5.0Had a great stay here. The stand out feature is their warm breakfast buffet. There’s always a rotation of warm eggs and a meat. Their churro waffles are a MUST. Then, they have your regular continental items. The attendees are constantly restocking the food and cleaning the area. They also provide complimentary coffee 24 hours which was really nice. Do yourself a favor and enjoy your breakfast outside poolside. The entire hotel and rooms were tidy and clean. Front desk is nice.

From day, one Melanie at the front desk, accommodated my husband and I and throughout the stay we received accommodations that really helped during our trip. The room was nice and spacious and very clean and the beds are very comfortable. I work from home so the desk space that is provided was very convenient. We really appreciate it the service during our stay and we will definitely be back.
- JHJamie HicksOct 31, 20251.0I really can’t even believe what happened to my husband and me last night. I booked this hotel over a month ago. We went to check in at 2:30 PM, but they didn’t have a room ready. I asked if we could at least get the room keys, so that we could have them now because we were going to a football game and wouldn’t be back until very late. The front desk person said no, they were not able to give us a key because they can’t give us a room for another 45 minutes. So, my husband and I left to go towards the stadium. When we came back at 12:30 AM (immediately following the football game), we were told that there are no more rooms left. They made some kind of “reservation” with the Holiday Inn across the street under some different name, and she told us we had to get refunded for this hotel and pay full price for this other hotel (paying at least $75 more than my current reservation that they completely screwed up on). I booked the hotel through Priceline, so I wasn’t even sure they would refund me. Thankfully we live 3 hours away, so at 12:30 AM, after getting up at 7 AM, working, already driving there earlier in the day, driving around the city, and going to the football game, we now had to drive home. We didn’t get home until 4 AM. I called Priceline and waited on the phone and on hold for over an hour to figure this out, and they finally were able refund me. I can not believe that Hampton does this to people. I have stayed at Hampton Inns pretty exclusively for 15+ years, and have never been treated like this.
