    I stayed for 2 nights with my son and disabled child in a wheelchair. first night after I checked in at 10:52 pm on a late check in severely tired from moving. I found blood on all four pillowcases and on the bed on the second room 218. I took pictures of it. There was a handprint of blood on the back door. The not been clean and I notified the front desk where they ended up moving me 221. And they was sorry for the inconvenience. The customer service of the two women that I dealt with looks very nice. They did have a hotel management for housekeeping come to verify. Blood is on that bed and on the sheet and on the door and was not clean. She also seen it was hair in the shower on the back wall. And shower knob once she confirmed everything. She told her and she also let her boss know. I a lot of pictures and videos of everything. The one said that they were going refund . I ended up checking out on the third Monday as planned. I up paying for all night with no refund was told I needed to speak to the manager GM to see what he wanted to do because the room was deep cleaned on before I . All my videos and pictures are stamped because of iPhone, and it shows sense of everything. They reported to corporate offices that I've never reported any . this is very disgusting behavior to have bodily a bed that not only that I reported. I also shared my concerns if your housekeeping is not properly cleaning the room that someone is going to be sleeping. after long travels And events, then that person should not be in that position. Don't sit here and say I did. Clearly have pictures everything and you move me from . that people can go so disgusting especially when you're traveling with a person with disability and is totally on you . I expressed my concerns. I showed my evidence and I was dismissed yet lied on and disregarded as I paid my money as a customer that is the type of service that was reflected on me and my children. For the past I didn't 11 12:00 PM each night from packing up a three bedroom and moving everything into the storage every day The disgusting, disregarding in human activities that were displayed are not just concerning, but yet inappropriate as a health concern Just me to the public. If you can try to cover up with blood being all over And and say nothing was clear. What else are you responsibility accountability for your .

    WICHTIG: AN OHRSTÖPSEL DENKEN, DA ES ÜBER NACHT EINE ULTRA-LAUTE LÜFTUNG GIBT, DIE NICHT ABGESTELLT WERDEN KANN. Meine Familie und ich waren positiv überrascht. Das Hotel ist toll, hat 2 Computer, die zur Benutzung stehen. Die Zimmer sind riesig, wie man in den Fotos sehen kann. Es gibt in den Zimmern einen relativ großen Kühlschrank sowie Gefrierschrank. Eine Mikrowelle ist vorhanden. Das Frühstück bietet gesundes sowie ungesundes. Auch viel Frisches.

    Mein Tag bei diesem Hotel war toll.Das Zimmer war riesig und schön gestaltet es war perfekt für eine Familie.Das Frühstück war auch schön gestaltet und hat sehr gut geschmeckt.Ich mochte vor allem den Computer im Eingangsbereich mit dem ich mit meinen Freund spielte.5 Sterne
