    Rooms are nice. Customer service is lacking. Asked for an extra bottle of water and was told no, we already had 2. Hot water is not hot enough. TV is on feet facing bathroom, so we couldn't turn it to watch on couch or bed.

    This place has a weird vibe. I booked on my Hilton Honors app for New Years Eve. At 2:00pm I called and asked for an early check in and they said sure. The digital key was not sent. Got there at 3:00pm and they asked for my ID and credit card( it was in the system). Asked why the digital key wasn’t working and they didn’t know. Then they gave me a different room than I had reserved online. I asked why and they didn’t know. I asked if the room is occupied and they said yes. I said ya, but I reserved on the app. Is this perhaps connected the digital key issue? Now the story changes and they said the room was under repair. Very weird. So she gives my two bottles of water and says enjoy the stay. I get to the room and it’s a newly refurbished room with a TV on stands and not a turning base as is usual for these rooms. The cables will barely allow it to turn. On the way out for dinner, I stopped and decided to say something and told the same person. As God is my witness, the first thing g out her mouth was “You need to be careful , if you break it you will pay for it”. I was stunned.. no “we’re sorry” , no offer to make it better, nothing. I told her I didn’t need her lecture and she needs to report this to maintenance. Okay so I go for dinner and in my return I asked for a bottle of water. Same persons says sorry we only give out two”. Payback. Such a screwed up attitude for a Hilton employee, I can only conclude that the management doesn’t care enough to train their employees for empathy or competence. I was lied to about my room, lectured about the TV and refused a bottle of water. When the person responsible reads this I have one word of advice for you. THINK! Oh and Happy New Year at 5:00pm! It’s the day after now and the water temp in the shower was not hot. The room heater on the 34 degree night barely managed to keep it to 72. I read a lot of the prior reviews and think this Hotel needs a staff makeover.
