The noise was overwhelming and the management believes 10000 points is enough to achieve peace. We’ve stayed there multiple times. We are very disappointed.

Worse part is that I told the receptionist the following morning and was ignored. Secondly I was asked to do a survey and did so but the hotel rep. Emailed said what I smelt was fresh paint ….I think even a novice can distinguish what fresh paint and mold and dampness smells like. Not looking for refund just fix the darn problem as I would not like anyone else experiencing what we did. It’s not my first stay at this location and I never had these issues.
