They’re pretty worn, so we woke up a bit sore each day. You really can’t ask for a better deal right off the ocean though, kitchenette in the room, and the pool and spa were fabulous!

Maintenance shut down the thermostat and ran the unit separate but still didn't cool like it should). When requesting late check-out, Brittany at the front desk was very rude and wouldn't accommodate our request. There are so many places to stay, that we will easily skip this place and stay elsewhere next time we are in town.

My family and I have had a need for rooms on the spot with little notice, and I have never once had anything but the most welcoming and professional experience having needed a room 6-8 nights. Brittany and Kristy are my MVP’s. Every time I needed something they were friendly, capable, and engaged in my needs. Kristy even wrote my son a note to let him know they found his shirt that had been lost - an amazing gesture for an 8 year old boy. The management team was able to assist me with an important issue, not related to my experience there, and it was resolved within 30 minutes. An experience worth every bit of the 5 stars and I would give more if I could. Thank you team!
