Suites offer 1- and 2-bedrooms with king, queen, or double beds, a separate living area featuring a sofa bed, balcony, and a fully-equipped kitchen. We have both an indoor and outdoor pool as well as a barbecue area and fitness center. Find entertainment in our game room with board games and table tennis.     The staff were incredible! They even replaced our king size bed after our request. The rooms were very clean, though a bit dated. We adore Ormond so loved walking the quieter beaches in the winter.

    🤮air freshener is stifling. I had to wear a mask night one. The weather was favorable so we opened the balcony doors to air it out overnight. Beware if you have any respiratory issues. Check in was not friendly. Rooms were small and not fully equipped. Dogs barking and bed was not comfy. The parking lot was blocked off with cones. We had to ask for front desk assistance to park. They stated the parking was limited due to renovations. Why book more rooms than parking capacity. We were told we could park across Atlantic Ave and “be careful when you cross the street, they drive crazy down here!”😳🤔 I enjoyed the sunrise.

    Beautiful location. They often have construction projects going on when I’m here but I’m sure it’s in the spirit of keeping things up to date and beautiful.

    WARNING TO FOLKS STAYING IN DECEMBER 2025. Management has decided, after not getting things completed in October, to schedule a complete removal of the outdoor pool deck, no pool, no lazy river, no grills during the Christmas holiday. Unapologetic at Hilton, and staff have no real comment other than it was on a banner on their main site.

    Our recent stay was very disappointing. The room we were given was not the one we originally booked, and the main reason for our reservation was the large tub shown in previous stays and online photos. Without that feature, we would not have chosen this hotel. We ended up having to move rooms three different times just to get somewhat accommodated. Cleanliness was also an issue. In one of the rooms, there was hair in the tub and on the floor, which made it clear the room had not been properly cleaned. We also experienced a concerning safety issue when a glass dish unexpectedly exploded after being taken out of the oven, with no clear cause. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations in terms of cleanliness, accuracy of the room type, and general safety. These issues significantly impacted our stay, and I hope management takes steps to improve guest experience moving forward.
