Our staying was okay, but just cannot give 5 stars due to the following reasons the our room wasn't cleaned not even once in 6 nights. Apparently you have to booked minimum 2 weeks in order to get your room clean. Other reasons the staff bartender rude, front dest staff lack of knowledge and rude only one person was nice and knowledgeable Marylin 5 stars for her. Fans very dusty.

Absolutely loved this Hotel.
Perfect for family vacations. The ability to share the same suite while still having privacy with individual rooms, was amazing.
Kitchen area provided all utensils to cook and dine.
Dish washer with cleaning supplies and washer / dryer for laundry.
Beautiful outdoor spaces with pool and Jacuzzi.
Being able to grab Starbucks Coffee from the lobby was icing on the cake.
Super convenient parking that offers two vehicles per reservation. They even offer a shuttle to and from the amusement parks.
The staff was welcoming, kind and attentive.
We definitely look forward to going back.
Awesome experience overall.

The Palace was an overall good experience. Usually, when we come to Orlando, we stay at Westgate Town Center. For comparison the Palace has newer furnishings and that was a plus. I'd probably trade that for more space. The bedrooms were fine, but the living area needed more space for our group.
The only issue with the room was an ice maker that didn't work. I'm sure a call to the office would have fixed it but it wasn't critical.
We enjoyed the pool area but miss a wide variety of activities for the younger ones. My biggest complaint would be the parking. It was quite surprising to come back from a long day away and be told that the parking lot was full and I needed to go to the overflow lot. Having more rooms than parking allows is unacceptable.

We are a meticulous family that work, play, and relax during our family vacations. I had the blessed opportunity to meet The Leadership of Westgate Palace Resort. Their mission of providing its owners and quest an exceptional experience during their stay, exudes from the staff. From the Front Desk hospitality of Marlyn, to the Domestic Industrislist Meribel of the housekeeping and maintenance team. Thank you Westgate Palace!

Elevators were down upon arrival, and we had to call the front desk to inform them. A security guard walking by let us use the service elevator to get up to the 7th floor, as I’m pregnant and was not going to carry suitcases up seven flights of stairs.
The bedrooms only had two dining chairs for a room that could comfortably sleep five people. My husband and I came with my parents, and there was one bedroom with a queen mattress and another with twin beds. We called to ask if two queen bedrooms were available, but were told the resort only offers queen and twin room combinations, which was unfortunate.
The mattresses were old, yellowed, and very springy—you could feel the springs with every turn. The resort is very old and rundown; the rooms, lobby, and hallways are all outdated and in need of renovation.
The pool area was decent, but the hot tub was small for the size of the resort. Because it’s located next to the lake, it’s very windy. The hot tub water felt more like bathwater temperature. Compared to other Westgate resorts, there were no lake activities available to rent, such as paddleboards or kayaks. The gates to the dock were locked, so we weren’t even able to walk down to the water.
Overall, it wasn’t the best experience and the property definitely needs a major renovation.
