  Overall, I had a great stay. The facilities matched the photos online, and the room was clean and well equipped with cookware and dishes. Manuel, Diego, and Ivana at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. The only downside was occasionally seeing small bugs while cooking in the kitchen and a few tiny flying insects near the bathtub. Still, it was an enjoyable stay overall.

  Had a wonderful stay. Rooms were spacious and spotless. Mini golf and volleyball were esilynaccessible for the kids. Chose this resort after I could not find availability at my previous choice of resorts and so glad I did. Next time in Orlando I will be looking to stay here again as access to Disney and parking was so easy. Thanks to Diego at the front desk we checked in, got a great room, and had good recommendations for restaurants. Westgate was a wonderful choice for us.

  The staff are so wonderful. I called ahead and requested a 3rd floor room in a quiet area. Manuel at the front desk said that he would put in the notes what I requested, and they would do their best, but they were unable to assign rooms until check in. When we got there he warmly welcomed us, and said that the one bedrooms were sold out, but he assigned us a two bedroom for no additional cost, and that it was on the third floor and next to the pool! The property is surrounded by mature trees and is very quiet. Our accommodations were wonderful, with everything as pictured. We slept well and had a wonderful evening. The next day we had a family emergency and stated we unfortunately had to check out a day early. Manuel was so kind and understanding. He was able to assist us with our communication with Expedia and we were able to get the second night refunded. We also had to change our starvation s for Discovery Cove, and had to arrangements to return at a later date. Manuel was wonderful, that we will definitely be booking our return with Westgate Leisure and hope to have a longer stay to enjoy this peaceful property. It is sooo much better than staying in an overcrowded hotel and so close to Universal, sea World, and Discovery Cove. The room was immaculately clean, I swear the shiniest glassware I have ever seen was in kitchen. The bed was comfy, loved the layout, and having a screened balcony To relax and sit outside. 5 stars

  We stayed at Westgate Leisure Resort for the past week, and overall it was a comfortable, well-kept place that worked well for an extended stay. The unit was clean, roomy, and well lit, which matters more than people think. There’s a fitness center, a game room, and a variety of outdoor games available, giving you options beyond just the room. The staff was consistently nice and helpful, with a special shout-out to Diego at the front desk for being especially friendly and accommodating. A few small things are worth noting. The kitchen could use a few more basic utensils beyond pots and pans, simple items like measuring spoons would be helpful. Water pressure was a bit weak, and the internet service was spotty at times. None of those were deal-breakers, though. In spite of those issues, we had a good stay and I would absolutely consider staying here again in the future.

  We had an amazing stay at Westgate Leisure Resort, and we truly couldn’t be happier with our experience. We were in Orlando for a cheerleading competition, and having a comfortable and peaceful place to return to each day was so important. This resort ended up being the perfect choice. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment, and it honestly felt like a little gift after long and busy days. The apartment was spacious, modern, extremely clean, and very cozy, it truly felt like a home away from home. One thing we really appreciated was that the apartment had three brand-new TVs — one in each bedroom and another in the living room — which was great for relaxing and unwinding. All the windows were impact-resistant, which made the apartment feel very safe, quiet, and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals and snacks and adding so much convenience to our stay. The resort itself offers a pool and recreational area, as well as a nice coffee area. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to use the pool because the weather was very cold, but it still looked well maintained and inviting. We especially want to mention Diego, who assisted us during our stay. He was kind, professional, and genuinely attentive, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. His warm attitude really made a difference. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations in every way. Between the beautiful apartment, thoughtful details, and excellent service, it was a truly great experience. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Orlando, especially families traveling for competitions or events.
