  We booked as a package trip on Expedia as a get away. Ok place to stay-close to a lot of attractions. The little market area with the sports bar, cafe and market was fun. Let's call it what it is-its a gigantic timeshare property. Upon check in, we were "invited" to a breakfast i.e: sales pitch, which we declined. Pros: Really nice grounds, walking paths etc. Nice gym & spa too. The weather was a little too cool for me to get in the outdoor pool while we were there tho. Our studio was on the first floor which had a screened in porch. Very nice. Cons: Our thermostat in our studio did not work. The last night we left the door open to sleep because it got warm. We ran out of coffee supplies that they left us in the first 2 days (we were there for 5 days, they should have left 5 days worth of coffee & supplies upon check in). Poorly designed over all-missing much needed shelving and hooks in the bathroom WC and no where to put shampoo or shower gel that slides off the shelving in the shower. Garden tub is the focal point of the studio. Not used at all. The little cabinet kitchenette is an afterthought at best. These places appear to have been slapped together in the quickest way possible for sale. The laundry on the 3rd floor has 2 washers and 2 dryers. One of the washers has sour dirty water in it-it's probably still there! The machine was broken, but none of the employees want to report it get it fixed. The maintenance/staff person I spoke with mentioned to go to the next building to do wash. Garbage is asked to be placed inside the common unit foyer at night because of wild animals, but was never picked up. Lastly-the shuttle. I walked for about 45 minutes and must've walked off the grounds, so when I circled back, I was questioned and made to show my room key card to the security guard even though I told them the building I was staying in and when. The security guard then mentioned that the shuttle would take me to the main pavilion. The dour attitude of the shuttle driver took my breath away. Just very cold and bitter. If we had a better experience, I might consider coming back. But probably not.

  Shuttle does not run every 15 minutes. Shuttles do roll past and we were only asked 3 times total our week stay. The weather was chilly and the pools were not heated. Also in the adults only pool area why no hot tub? The noise level from outside is loud from the grounds people blowing to the basketball court and honestly other people conversations. Food was minimal better off the resort. Americans have a lot to learn from Mexican and other all inclusive resorts

  Beautiful safe, relaxing resort. Been here numerous times and plan many more visits.
